My Chai was perfect!!! The ladies were very kind and they worked very well together behind the counter.
They tried to tell me that my bank card was declined when in reality it has thousands of dollars on it AND I had just used it at the gas station before going to Starbucks. When I asked them to run the card again the manager came over and yelled at me saying "You're card is DECLINED!" That has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I would have NEVER said that to any of my clients and I would have reran their card for them. Your drinks and food are too overpriced to be treating your customers this way, you should be ashamed of yourself.
Went to get a coffee for my daughter, IT WAS $5 DOLLAR'S! I'll be going to the gas station for my brew. I'm sure it's good coffee, but I'm a LOT simpler than that. I do enjoy the store bought stuff, but I personally won't be going back. It's just too expensive for my taste.
Customer service was great, Loved my white hot chocolate. I'm not a coffee drinker. So happy they have more than just coffee & I love my new cup.
Placed and PAID for a mobile order for multiple drinks. App said that order would be ready at 7:10pm. Showed up a little before that. Doors locked. Workers inside looked my way them looked away. Wouldn't acknowledge my presence at the drive-through either. I don't mind being ignored. Not a big fan of being ripped off though. If my assumption is right in that they were closing the store early, at least put a sign up.
If I am in line well before you close but your inability to take orders timely causes me to get to the ordering area one minute after close, you should take my order. Online it says you are open till 8pm, then why are you closing at 3pm? Change your hours if your hours change. Also, the lady who told us they were closed was very rude. She didn’t seemed as if she was annoyed because they can’t run a drive thru properly. Have a 5 minute grace period for people who were in line before you close.
Pass through here every few months and the location has never messed up drinks... Doesn't always have cake pops which my littles are not a fan of.
Super busy in the drive through. Took a while to get coffee inside, but the workers did a great job and were cheerful.
The service and product were great. I have taken to going in for my order at this location partly because the staff is so darn nice and partly because the drive through set up is a disaster. Whoever designed the traffic flow there should have to use it every day...
I am always amazed at how many drinks they out out so quickly!! Really great people who work here. I always go in versus the drive thru it’s a nice atmosphere
