I’m not sure if it’s because they’re inside a grocery store and not an actual solo store or if it’s because of the management, but this location is absolutely terrible. I love to get a coffee before I start my grocery shopping, but it seems like recently, every time I go there they’re out something major to the point that they can’t make most drinks, their blenders are broken, their espresso machine is out, or they can’t make hot lattes because something isn’t working. Just went there 2 times in 3 days, and the first day they had a sign that said they’re blender wasn’t working, so they couldn’t make frapps or cold foam. Went there two days later and their blenders were still broken, but now they also couldn’t make hot lattes! I’ve been pretty disappointed lately.

I would give zero stars if I could, the barista Kelley was extremely rude & made it really uncomfortable to even order a drink. Severe Lack of customer service skills & would never recommend going here ever again.
