The majority of the staff was super nice but the woman at bar ignored me while making occasional eye contact. I guess the story she was telling her co-worker was more important. I got in line and the lady was more than happy to give me some water.Update to my review...the same thing continues. No acknowledgement, at all. So once again, I went to the counter to have some water added to my drink because it was too sweet. That guy was super nice. I can't say anything about anyone else since they refused to even look in my direction. It was not busy at the moment and there were 5 ppl behind the counter. I get they were getting ready for the next push, but "hey, I will be right with you!" goes a long way.The food and drink was on the mark.
I ordered simply a black tea. They messed it up 3 times. How is that even possible? I will never be back to this Starbucks location. As a matter of fact, I will never return to ANY Starbucks location. You guys ruined it.
The cashier was rude and didn't ask for my Starbucks card to get me my points. I will not be going there anytime soon!
This place can get really busy due to how close it is to the University of Dayton. Due to that, sometimes it can take a little extra time to get your drink, but that's not a big deal. Drinks are hot and normally made right and if not they have no problem at all making corrections. Just remember respect goes both ways. The staff are all very nice and professional. The 4 ? is only due to the goofy hours the past 18mths or so.... and that's due to Covid and staffing issues
It's a Starbucks. It wasn't impressive whatsoever. Parking there is horrendous. Staff was efficient, but not very friendly. Interior was glum. The customers were NPC-ish. It was weird. Probably won't go back... :/
I've been a regular customer for years recently in the past 4 months or so they got new people there that don't value their customers it's been pretty crazy I've been ordering online because it's always been faster and the past 4 months I've stopped dramatically from going there because they're taking their time like they don't want to be there the guy today I was watching him it's like he's picking and choosing what drinks he wants to make first and I don't appreciate him doing that because it's making me late for work I order online because like I said it's very fast well it used to be you know what I'm spending my hard-earned money today I spent $28 and for them to make me late for work I really don't appreciate that guy's because at the end of the day this is a business if you don't want to work don't go to work I stood there for 25 minutes waiting on my stuff and I had ordered it 20 minutes before thank you very much by the time I got it all my drinks were watered down my food was cold and they was rude?
This Starbucks has been my go to for years. I will say during school sessions you most definitely need to utilize the mobile ordering function. Also wanted to give a huge shoutout to all the staff and workers. They have been understaffed for about a year and have continued to pop out amazing service. I have witnessed this full heartedly when I saw them being yelled at by a customer for the most random mistake that they fixed no questions asked. Love this one. Easy in and easy out.
I Clearly stated a Tall drink, being not from this area not knowing the prices. When I received my drink it was a Grande. I had paid for a taller drink I didn't want. Starbucks employees are trained to upgrade every sale, and some places they do it rather you like it or not. I've known people who worked for Starbucks. This place is prime example, just beware and watch the Regerister, and make sure when they take your order they read it back to you.
Starbucks is so good and clean and they're so quick and nice yum I love it until a good way to start your day.
Both restrooms in store did not have toilet paper. Asked multiple times for toilet paper. I SHOULDNT have to ask more than once
