I stopped here for something to eat after driving for a few hours home, I was immediately greeted at the door with a smile from Shy’Quan, super kind and knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the right burger! The food arrived in under 5 minutes, fries and burger were piping hot and the burger was put together very well! No McDonald’s bull **** here!! Customer service and food went above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience! Even though I’m not from this area, I will be back when driving through again! ❤️ Thanks again!
Dry burger, greasy onion strings and the fish sandwich was horrible!
Terrible Service. If you don’t want to be in customer service you should quit. Took my family to smash burger and will never come back. Never got my sons Apple juice after asking the lady 3 times. She just continued to ignore me and help people who had arrived after me. I was patient and waited over twenty mins before I had to get up and ask if I could grab my families food that’s been sitting for 15 mins. She acted like I was rude for wanting my family to eat there food before the 10 people behind us.
Made an online order and the lady at the front was very kind, so was the guy preparing my order & packing it up right as I arrived! The burgers were all delicious and so were the fries. An easy, great lunch with great customer service. :)
Should update business hours. Placed an order online around 8:19p on February 27 that went through just fine and charged my card. Arrived only to find they’ve closed early (or maybe they have always closed before 10? I know some businesses have changed operating hours due to the pandemic and staff shortages). I haven’t ordered here before and was trying to grab something after work, so it would have been nice to know this information before placing an order. The number for this location was busy as well, probably due to them being closed so I couldn’t ask for a refund.
First time going to Smashburger, and I loved it! Great burgers, wash they had a few more nearby.
Here now and I did not feel welcomed at all. I saw a review of the same complaint as well about the front resigister employee. I spoke with Javi's about it and will share this info. Maybe the young lady just had a lot going on and will keep her in my prayers.
It was our first time eating here. The food was delicious and the customer service was superb. The young man was very helpful in our decision making.
Showed up at 7:40pm no one in line so I walk up to order and the lady very rudely said we’re not taking any orders. I ask why she wouldn’t answer, I said your open till 10:00pm its 7:40 so she rudely said “ like i just said we’re not taking orders “ there’s no signs stating anything as to why either. Definitely don’t recommend going to the Miller lane store!
The food is good, but the server didnt ring up the burger part of my order. The lady handing out the food looks like she hates everyone and everything. That's my experience. Not great for service but good food.
