First and LAST time ever going here.I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before. Seriously, do not go here.We had ordered carry out online. So I went inside to pick it up. The Asian lady at the front didn’t greet me or anything of the sort. I told her hi and that I had a pickup order. She put the order on the counter with a receipt. I grabbed a pen and as I was about to sign she very rudely says “um I need your card”. Let me explain that I thought we had already paid for the order online so that’s why I had mistaken the receipt for one I sign. Regardless, the attitude wasn’t needed. Anyway, I can’t even explain the attitude and sarcastic tone that she had. It was for literally no reason. That lit a fire in me. And I told her “You could have told me that first. Don’t get an attitude with me”. She just sarcastically chuckled. And put down the receipt and my card after she printed it out and says “this is the one you sign” with, once again, a nasty attitude. I marked out the tip and walked out.NEVER AGAIN.When I got home and checked our food. I got a tiny portion of Kani Salad that I paid $5 for. And they also charged me for a half filled cup of Yum Yum sauce. This place is the worst and I would be happy to see it close down.
So friendly, fast and efficient. We had a large party that took up 2 hibachi's and the chefs came out together and did a fantastic job of entertaining us. And the food was 100% on point. It was all delicious and can't wait to go back!
It might be five star, but I always get to go so I wouldn't know about the hibachi part. It's clean, the food is good, the staff is doing their best to be COVID aware, and the sushi's really great.
Abysmal service. The waitress obviously didn't care that we were there, 15 minutes with empty water glasses that only got remedied by calling her over. The only time she asked us if we wanted refills was when we were done with our meals and it was our alcoholic beverages that were finished. The cook was nice and the food was ok except for the bad shrimp I got. I understand that hibachis are typically a bit slower but 35 minutes without even appetizers is a bit insane. The food prepped on the hibachi wasn't done so everything was ready together, by the time my steak and shrimp were cooked my rice was already getting cold. We're pretty sure the hibachi we were seated at was leaking gas the whole time as you could smell it. The place was dirty, the floor sticky. We had to ask twice for boxes. This place is NOT worth your money and especially not worth your time.I normally tip well especially with the pandemic ongoing, however this is the first time any restaurant service was so terrible that I couldn't justify tipping. Nobody made me feel welcome or even remotely interested to be eating there.
The food was served quickly and was very tasty!Every one I have had here had been excellent.I even discovered a few new favorite sushi dishes here. I highly recommend ordering sushi during half price sushi Monday - Thursday
The true mark of a restaurant is how they cook a steak.I ordered a medium rare steak and received a well WELL done steak.
Yummy! So delicious, I highly recommend the chicken & steak hibachi. The salad is yummy too, but the highlight is definitely the fried rice and steak & chicken. It's always fun and entertaining at the hibachi too.
Food prepared at your table. Chef was quite entertaining. Only downside was it’s very noisy.
I loooooooove this place. So clean and efficient. Service is impeccable.
It was one of the worst sushis we have had till now. If it is 50% off, it doesn’t mean there should be compromises on quality. First time and the last time visiting the restaurant.
