Absolutely done with this place. 3 times in a row I have had my pick up order screwed up. I'm not ordering something crazy I'm literally ordering BBQ wings and a kids meal. Every time something is left out of the order. Usually my child's food who is inconsolable by the time I have to send my husband back to retrieve her meal. We even had them check the order before giving it to us this time and still forgot her whole meal! I am so done. Never again.
I did take my grandson there just yesterday. It was so crowded and they did not have any organization when it came to there guest. The lobby was so full we could not get in the door. I spoke to one guess and she said she was there for over a hour and still was not seated!! We left. May not return!!!! Food used to be so delicious.
Very noisy, server was inattentive. Food was good but portions are shrinking quickly making it less than affordable. Used to be great place to feed the family.
Went there to dine in. Gave my number and repeated twice. Was told 20 minutes. After 45 minutes we ask what are we waiting for. I give them my info and they tell me oh someone responded no thanks. I understand that mistakes happen, but no apology???Although Macy our waitress did a fantastic job, the front end ruined it for us. No offers of restitution, no apology. Sad to say, this will be my last time.
Excellent food excellent prices excellent service. Waitress was very good more than deserved 20 percent tip. Lively atmosphere lots of tv's. Very busy place got in under 10 min. Hope next time is as good as this time. Highly recommend.

Roosters in springboro is the worst! They charge $14.99 for 10 wings and 3 of them were 1/2 pieces/small. I feel like every time I go there I get burned I will be going to the one on 741 from now on!
Came in yesterday, charged wrong. And served raw food then they just tried to take the raw bacon off and toss it on the same food. I had to explain at that point that its cross contamination and that I'm pregnant that to just take it off the bill cause I wasn't touching it.
Out of the two locations now in the Dayton area, I would definitely recommend this location. The dine in area is much bigger and the food was amazing. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and Hot/Korean BBQ wings.Everything came out fast and was very fresh. The manager even stopped by our table to ask how we everything was.Next time we are craving roosters, we will come back to this location.
Service was great. Rachel did an awesome job. Getting ready for the basketball tournament. And she was very attentive to our needs.
