Made an online order at 4:54pm. Called at 6:50 to ask where my food was and girl said manager handles online orders and she is on the phone right now and she'll have to call me back. It is now 7:35p and I have called 5 times and when it does ring through it hangs up and no one says anything. So don't waste your time. Order from somewhere else.
I’ve been a loyal customer to these people for years …. Probably spent 1000s there. Anyways just go to make a order and then use a coupon(they’ve changed the prices higher on the coupon). Then I come up 19 cents short and they refuse the coupon. If your a avid customer don’t expect the same in return from anyone here!!!!! Unbelievable 19 cents they’re willing to lose a regular customer over I will never go back to this place ever!!!!
I did a pickup order and my food was ready when they said. It was fresh and it was HOT. Burned myself trying to sneak a piece of fried chicken while I was driving lmao. It was seasoned very well. I didn’t need to add any soy sauce to any of the food and no hot sauce needed for the chicken. All the veggies were fresh and not mushy or overcooked. I enjoyed all my food. They seem to be kind of abrupt interacting, but I’m going to decide to take it as they were just busy. They weren’t actually disrespectful or anything like that. It was borderline rude but I don’t believe it was on purpose so I’ll give them a pass. I’ll definitely order from them again.
3 time in a row order was wrong or incomplete.We have been ordering from them for many years. This time was the last straw. Called them and talked to the Mgr. tried to work it out. We finally told them to just come get it and refund our money. THE OWNER came out with the items missing. We had already made other dinner arangements. We asked him for a refund and he started yelling and would not let me get a word inWe usually order once or twice a weekHe told us to order somewhere else next time.Great advice, they have lost our business..
We haven’t ordered Chinese food in years. We were recommended this place and it did not disappoint! The steamed dumplings were AMAZING. That’s my go to dish and it’s by far the best ones I’ve ever gotten. My boyfriend got the sweet and sour chicken and some chicken fried rice. He was won over! The prices are so good as well. Our new favorite place!
They charged me $14 via adding a false tip for an $11 order. I did not put in a tip and they added it. I am not going back if they overcharge like that.

Yum! Has always been good. My family's go to for Chinese cuisine. And the smoothies are amazing as well.
