What a crock of bull pucky! Took 25 minutes to deliver our order of gluten free Encinita Chicken. No silver ware, no forewarning the cooks are new, no offer to make things right. Just lame. Steer clear of this joint unless you want a horrible experience.

05/01/2022: Staff was pleasant. Our first order of drinks arrived at out table very fast. The server set us up with fries while waiting for our food, when the meal arrived my wife's onion straws were cold so cold like they were in the refrigerator, they brought some more our quickly and yes they were hot. The food was good. The follow up on refills was not very good.

Broccoli served with my meal was so fresh,warm and tasty.Decorating within restaurant is interesting. My service was prompt.I was given a refill of my drink.This location is easily accessable and close to highway.
We were on our way home from vacation on 03/07/2022, Monday. It was around 830pm to 900pm at the Miller Lane Restaurant. The hostess was friendly. Our server, I wish I could remember her name, was friendly and pleasant. She had jet coal black hair. It looked like they were short staff but they were on point. She even waited on a table of 8, I think. She was professional and courteous and she did not forget me and my husband after our food was served. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection.
Still great food, 7 open tables within sight of the front entry, only 2 people in the lobby and quoted a 40 minute wait time with no explanation.1. "We're waiting on tables"I can see seven open tables from here.2. "We have assigned seating"With seven open tables?3. "We're very busy""Can I just get a direct answer why there are seven open tables and your quoting 40 minutes ?""People wait in their cars.We've been standing there for 5 minutes already, no one walked in."Do you want to be put on the wait list or not?"No thank you as we left.Still great food, (we get carry out regularly, or used to anyway.) Very very poor in person service tonight. Birthday dinner at Out Back where I'm writing this review from a block away. 15 minute wait time, excellent service so far. Let's see how the rest of the dinner goes.Shame on you Red Robin!
I ordered online for curbside pickup. This place is usually my go-to when I want a good gourmet burger and that's what I got but the fries left much to be desired!! They WERE NOT HOT and lukewarm is a mild description. I didn't request napkins...and didn't get any, either! I had over 8 packets of Red's seasoning and about 5 packets of ketchup for less than 20 fries! What happened? If I dine in I can get unlimited but this serving didn't even fill me up! Not sure what happened but I love the fries as much as I do the sandwiches and certainly would have liked having more of them without ordering extras!
I’ve had the guacamole bacon cheese burger and sweet potatoes fries and they were delicious!
We arrived around 3 PM on a Saturday, and there was a 20 min wait for 4 of us. The restaurant was extremely cold. It was hard to enjoy our meals because we had to wear our bulky winter coats almost the entire time. They have designated people to get drink refills for your table, but it is less than ideal. They take forever to get you your refill, and the staff are so busy it was hard to get someone to let them know we needed a refill. The kiosk at the table has a button to order drink refills but of course it doesn't work. The food was good, the temp was hot when it arrived and the order was accurate. I doubt we return because of the other inconveniences.
