I have to say. I’ve been Very critical of this Rally’s in the past because they’ve always been very slow and always got the order wrong. But after stopping by this evening, I was very pleasantly surprised! We ordered 4 separate meals and they nailed every single order. The sandwich was plain as requested and all the food was Hot and delicious! 2 people in particular I want to recognize, Both named Michael, are exceptional and very good with customers. Based on this experience alone, I’m very likely to return again! Thanks so much for a great experience!
Door dashed this order: Hamburger wasn't cooked enough, the rest of the order was good. This is not smithville location it was door dashed from Alex Bell n S Dixie area and door dash was supposed to crebit my dash pass for a milk shake and then never did.
Lady at drive thru window was not.very nice or welcoming. I will never go back. There are other place who treat customers with a better attitude.
Everytime I go late in the evening they tell me that I have to have cash because their computers are down. It has happened so often that I have stopped going there, it's a shame because I really like the food. And I never carry cash.
wrong items in bag that was marked with the correct receipt. Called the store just so the "manager" could tell me I was wrong and they had sent the correct food. Umm, sir I'm staring at the food out of the bag with the correct receipt and it's the wrong food. Try again. Awful service, awful food, never again.
Everybody working the late shift on March 3rd needs fired. I called talked to the manager Darnell(rude) told him what time my receipt should have been & the amount of my receipt.. that I never received.. from the very rude lady cashing people out through the drive-thru. I was told he couldn't get me my receipt number for me to do the fry bomb thing because as you'll see in the picture I post, reminding somebody that they forgot an item that you ordered and paid for get you the very smallest and least amount along with a lot of attitude. Although he did offer to replace my fries, gas being $3.79 a gal to come back and pick them up. It's going to cost more for gas then what I paid for the fries.
Messed up my order.... No receipt. Manager darnell is Ghetto, rude, and very disrespectful. All i was trying to do was get what i ordered but he's a jerk and so is the bald headed lady who took my money and gave me the wrong order.
Used to be open till 4a. I go there and @ 2a they tell me they're closed. Ok, how about turning out the lights.Tonight i go there @ 10p and they say they're only taking online orders. Again, if you're not serving then turn off the lights. No sense wasting time stopping there again. Probably be outta business soon the way being run currently. And then there will only be the rallys in moraine left around.

I got cussed out today and I didn't get my food after standing outside for 30 minutes in the rain.... Five people working and none of them served me ????...
