I order online didn't get pizza call them 3 times .I order at 6.30 I call them at 7.30 I didn't get order they said it on way call back at 8.00 they said had door dash and on way and call back 8.30 I still don't have my food and said dasher I ask can they hold of the driver where they at they no tell its on way the manager said hang up on him she would get on phone. so i call door dash to see if they help. me and said that pizza hut didn't have order. and now will not talk me I have no pizza and out money took from
They have really went down hill and are unreliable. Pizza used to be amazing and not sure if the recipe changed for the crust or they no longer know how to make it. I had a driver slam my door shut, and when I've had drop off on porch, the driver doesn't knock and my food sits outside getting cold. They get a 2 because Cinnabon saves them just a little. If you want even decent Pizza, order anywhere else.
garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings are delicious. Pizza Hut also has a great rewards program.

The pizza we ordered was not even right one was supposed to . Thin crust pizzas they were thick you could not even chew them the garlic bread we ordered was so hard you cannot even cut into it order was almost $40 I will not be going back to this one you guys need to do a better job the chicken we got half it was not even covered in barbecue sauce it was hard as a rock very disappointed if I could give a zero I would give a zero star
I ordered two pizzas and cinnamon rolls for a 1:15 luncheon. Charles arrived at exactly the right time, he was extremely polite and placed the food on our table where we asked him to. The food was awesome, it was hot and really tasty. I will definitely be ordering from this store again.
Food was burnt. Kids refused to eat burnt. Ended up picking off half the pizza. Called the store back, no one answered the phone. Waste of $27.
I had to wait 20 mins after my pizza was done for the rest my order. And they still forgot part of my order. As i stood in there waiting on my food he worker making the pizzas etc. Went over to trash can took one finger to plug one side of nose n just blew her snot out into trash n god knows where else. Turned around continued to make food took a handful of cheese put it in her mouth n continued to work. All while never washed her hands or had gloves on. Disgusting.
Called at 430 to place an order (had a credit on my account since they messed my previous order up)… was told it would be 45 min for delivery… it is 6 pm now and I had to call back to find out where my order was… so an hour and a half AFTER i ordered and still no pizza… this is a disgrace! Not ordering from them again since they can’t seem to get their customer service right
