The service was terrible. Food on the floor and none of the employees washed their hands. The manager kept wiping his nose with his sleeves. I got a refund and left. Didn't want to catch Hep A
Had me waiting for 20mins before asking what i needed the food wasn't even fresh after the wait. Really disappointed in the food and service

I somehow seem to forget about this place, but that makes remembering it all the more enjoyable when I remember to eat Penn Station. Placing an online order makes it even better, because I can finish doing my errands or whatever and grab my food fresh or have it delivered with Door Dash...and don't forget the lemonade, it somehow goes perfect with a cheesesteak!
Workers were rude wouldn't wait on us we had to ask for service didn't put food in bag like we ask. Very slow with order. Food was ok not worth the price.

Great place to eat, when they answer the phone. Close to my business, would eat there 2-3 times a week but they never answer the phone. If you get through (usually have to call 10-15 times), the food is really good.
Extremely dry customer service… Just like those cold hard fries I was served. Traveled countless hours to get back home to Ohio.. Only for my favorite place to serve me some cold fries.. Terrible.. Management provided horrible service…The employee who accepted my payment was pleasant. THAT IS ALL!!! Appreciate you ruining my dinner.. Great job guys!
Their cheese steaks are the best! They are always seasoned perfectly and the toppings are fresh. The right amount of meat and cheese and the Fries are better than McDonald's fries ? ? period
Awesome food, service is a bit sketchy assuming it's from people not wanting to work. But it's getting better, won't stop visiting
