Last time coming to this Panera on Wilmington pike. The menu states the Frozen caramel is a 20oz and it’s almost $6 but they serve it in the smaller size and say “oh they must have printed it wrong we’ve only ever served that size. “. Go to a different location and get your moneys worth.

They tend to forget items you ordered even if it’s very simple. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad today and they forgot pieces of the salad such as the Caesar dressing. It wasn’t on the salad nor was it in the bag on the side at all. Also whenever I order the tuna salad sandwich several times they’ve forgotten any tuna salad and just put lettuce and a piece of tomato between two pieces of bread. It’s upsetting when it is so expensive and they don’t give you what you ordered let alone a portion that could even feed a small child.

This has to be the worst Panera we have been to and every time we give them another chance, it goes wrong. They have yet to get a to go order all the way correct. We have contacted them, let them know and even contacted corporate, with no real apology or resolution. Unfortunately, they have just become overpriced with less than mediocre service and food.

I've had issues with this location before. The food is good and the management seems amicable and understanding when it comes to feedback, but lately it just seems like they can't get an order right. Whether it's a missing side, a wrong item, or a half sandwich instead of a whole sandwich, it's always a botched order. It's been happening for months. Maybe the order system is at fault or maybe it's the staff not caring, but something needs to be fixed. This used to be a really good location, but I cannot keep giving this one chances only to feel scammed at the end of a transaction.

Smoothie was delicious. Blueberry bagel was dry. Disappointed that I can never get an asiago bagel if I arrive after say noon. Atmosphere was nice for meeting up with friends.

I love panera. They always have the nicest employees. Their food is great.

Absolutely delicious. I got the half Mac and cheese sandwich and half caesar salad while my mom got the half tomato soup with a baguette and I forgot what sandwich. It was my first time eating Panera and I loved it. We ordered ahead from the Panera app.

Nov 28 12:45pm went through drive through and the person messed up the order and when I went inside started arguing about it. Said that I had to order a "duet" to get both the tuna sandwich and cup of vege soup, even though I specifically ordered 1/2 tuna sandwich and cup of vege soup. The price of the "duet" and the price of just the soup was $5.99, so not sure why they just didn't give me the sandwich. Also, I received a small mac and cheese, but ordered "regular" size. They should have clarified with me that there are only small and large size and which one I wanted. They didn't give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one, but when I came into the store with my bag of food they wanted me to show them a receipt. It was a terrible experience.

Horrible customer service. I stood right at the counter for 7 minutes and no one said a word. So I eventually had to say something and the order was sitting back there the whole time. It's a doordash order but it doesn't matter. If you can't acknowledge a person standing right in front of you for 7 minutes and even look at you a few times as well then that's the worst service a person can get. There's no way in the world I would ever eat there with that kind of service. It's not rocket science to ask if someone has a order in.

Need to work harder with staff. Many are not familiar with menu and often coffee bar needs replenishment. This applies to all sites. Food is good but service matters.
