They didn’t even fulfill my order I asked for extra dressing for my salad and they only gave me 2 small containers that were only half full of dressing total.
I went to Panera Bread on Miller Lane today for an essential oil party which was great. I went up to the counter to buy some bakery goods to bring home with me. The cashier Paula was on her phone when I reached the counter and instead of getting off of her phone she made me wait until she was done. She was on her phone the entire time I was placing my order. I ask her a question about one of the pastries and again she did not get off her phone and did not even get up to see what I was talking about! I got $8.04 back in change and tipped her $.04 - she really wasn't even worth that but I though a 4 cent tip would be more of a slap in the face then no tip at all. I love their food but people working there like that will make me not go back to that location.
Done with this Panera location. Every single time I’m there the staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and clearly does not want to be there. The ice coffee was out and the two employees I asked about it felt it wasn’t their problem, it was still empty when I left, without the iced coffee I paid for. The breakfast sandwich was bland. The cookie was delicious. So if you want a cookie and don’t mind dealing with an employee who resents your presence, then this is the place for you!
I always like Panera because of the variety of food, the quality of food, bakery goods and drinks. Have I eaten cheaper and greesier at other places? Oh yeah, however I never have any food regrets after eating at a Panera.
This like all Panera have great food and pleasant employees. But Panera is definitely not for big ppl. The location is clean but just like their portion sizes, seating is also not big ppl friendly. Seating area are very tight, it's like Panera is the airline industry in the food world. You pay a lot for very little but if you're health conscious and doing well financially then this establishment is awesomely good.
Ordered Thai Garden Chicken Wonton hot entree plus a whole BBC chicken sandwich. Instead I was given a bowl/cup of Ten Vegetable soup and a half chicken BBQ. If what was given to me was a bowl of soup, I can't imagine how small a cup is. I was expecting fresh vegetables plus wontons in a chicken broth that would have been a meal alone. The sandwich was supposed to be another meal. As we were not given a receipt we do not know what we were charged per item. If the server did not have Thai Garden Chicken Wonton ingredients, we should have been told so we could order something else. The ten vegetable soup had edamame in it and I'm allergic to soy. Generally was not a good experience. The BBQ chicken sandwich was good but was not what I ordered ie half vs whole. I also ordered a peach blueberry smoothie with almond milk and was not sure that coconut milk had been substituted. I'm allergic to that too. After the soup screw up, I didn't trust that the food had in it what the menu said it had in it.
On 3/2/22 at 745pm I walked inside and ordered $46.25 worth of food to go. The sandwiches were not correct, items suchas chips were missing. The pickles were dry and wrinkled up. They were out of bread bowels. I will most likely not be back to this establishment.
The bagels were excellent! The person who waited on me had the personality of a lint ball. She acted as if I was a bother. I ordered a dozen bagels, the first bagel she put in the slicer flew on the floor then she asks me if I wanted to replace it, I thought are you kidding me! I told her yes as I had paid for it!!!!
I did mobile order through the app. The app clearly states to just tap "I'm here" & an employee will bring your order out when it is done. I got the notification that it was done but it took about another 6 minutes for someone to bring it out. The first thing she said to me was "Did you ring the bell? I just now saw you out here." Why would I know to ring a bell if the app says to just tap a button on my screen? There is nothing on the mobile order parking spot signs that say to ring a bell. This isn't my usual Panera, Troy's is and I didn't have to ring a bell for them. If I was from out of state, I wouldn't know to ring a bell. I also didn't get a fork for my fruit cup and some of the fruit was still partially frozen. Guess next time I know to not get a fruit cup and to just go inside & order.
Every time I order it's wrong and they won't give refunds. Save your money and go across the street to McAllister's. (Past employee of more than 5 yrs)
