I’ve never had a customer service person be so disgusted to wait on me before on Friday April 7 around 5:00pm. Just walking up to the counter displeased her. I ordered an iced tea and when I got to the tea machine it had a sign on it telling me to go back to the front desk for my tea. She was irritated that I came back for the tea. We were over charged and that really didn’t make her happy when we went back to get that corrected. As we were leaving, we were looking for the place to put our trash. She was irritated to give us directions on that too. So unprofessional. Never going back.

Wasn't too impressed this was first time ever eating it and won't again weren't to the one on brown St had to wait and and weren't busy then the food was kinda expensive I thought, it's not as good as people say and to over priced

My mom and I are very regular customers of the Brown St Panera Bread cafe. For some unforsaken reason our latest encounter was to receive an Apple Fuju salad with chicken but with NO chicken included. Quite a disappointment. I called and registered a calm complaint. I spoke with the Manager (Deja) who listed us in their discount book for future use. Well today, 2/12/22, we decided to contact Panera to use or opportunity to receive our free item. Today was so pleasurable. Deja answered the phone when I called, she remembered our situation and prepared our item as requested and then some!!!! Great hospitality received from Deja from an experience which you always hope will not occur. Thanks Deja!!!

This happened today! The delivery guy decided to drop off my lunch order outside of the school instead of the main office. ? Worst delivery experience! ??‍♀️I opened a claim online and no one contact me about it.

We had gift card given at Christmas we used was able feed 2 $25 Great Gift Foos Awesome

Be warned: Panera’s $1.00 delivery charge is bogus! The cost for each item delivered was @25% higher than if I had picked the order up. Plus there’s a handling fee and you’re expected to tip the delivery person. Definitely leaves a bad taste in the mouth! This should be made much more obvious on the website.

Customer service is non existent. Manager was inconvenienced when i asked her for clarification on ingredients. Wait time was ten minutes. They had to remake my salad to exclude allergic ingredients and then it just sat there for five minutes instead of bagging it and giving it to me. The manager remade it & as i watched her, she half laughed half coughed on the back of her ungloved hand. And didn’t wash her hands before or after making my salad. I can’t express enough how simple it is to give good service, it’s completely non existent here. And they forgot my chips.

Panera bread is Panera bread. Service was on the slow side. Food was alright, it was just thrown into my box. The pizza is really good, you should try it.I had the chicken Is Chipotle avocado melt and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. I tried They're chicken bacon pizza.All was tasty, Presentation was kind of off.I think they are have trouble keeping employees at this location.
