1st time. One of my entrees, like a sweet and spicy battered, fried beef was tough like jerky. U could see that the color was too dark for fried food even under the sauce. Would have returned it but was already 20mins away. Cabbage, which was plentiful, in the chow mein was raw; not lightly steamed but raw. I didn't mind until I kept having to pull unchewable pieces of stalk out of my mouth. The peppered steak was great though.
You had one job... Scoop chicken into a tray ffs. Ordered a plate with beijing beef and orange chicken. Got home to find beef and an empty space where the chicken should be.

Got orange chicken and fried rice bowl with springrolls at lunchtime for dine in. Crowded. No Rangoon. A little better but still not worth the money.
Stopped in with my 12 month old daughter went through the line and the manager (I assume) seen me struggling to balance food drinks and high chair she quickly ran over and helped me and thanked me for putting it back at the end! This is the attitudes I love to see! Thank you for a great experience :)
Ridiculous excuse for a Panda Express. We went not long ago and they forgot my husband's ENTIRE ENTREE. How does that even happen? And the fried rice was so ridiculously dry. ??♀️
I ordered a dish with shrimp, and when I was paying for it, it cost a lot more than I expected. The shrimp is not priced on the board and the employee wanted to argue. I bought it anyway. Food portion was small, it wasn't hot, and it seemed bland. I won't be returning. Plenty of other Asian fast food restaurants that have better food and better service.
I'm so sick of this location. They're always out of food and understaffed. Website says they close at 9 but they shut the kitchen down at 8 so after you wait forever in the drive-thru since they never have the inside open, they will only sell you what's left of the food which isn't much.
My recent visit was extremely disappointing. I waited in a line that was wrapped around the building to receive food that was far from meeting my expectations. The rice was not cooked all the way. The chicken was dry like it had been sitting under a warmer for a while. We paid too much money for food that tasted like something I microwaved.
Had a very nice meal from here. The staff was obviously overworked, but nevertheless they were cheerful and efficient. I'll eat here again (wish I could remember what I ordered !)
I was in your store in Dayton, Ohio on Wilmington Pike and purchased 2 to go plates and when I got and saw the quality of my purchase, I was sorely disappointed. Then quality of the purchase is something that I have never experienced at that store. If it were not for 35+ minutes it would have taken to return, I would have. To say that I am sorely disappointed in an understatement.
