excellent service and food.
Our server, David, was excellent under the nationwide outage chaos and operating “old school”. He provided quality service and made sure that we had refills and that everything came out as we had ordered. He even brought out fruit for our kiddos to enjoy with their food as a treat for being patient due to the extra wait with the outage. Thanks for hiring awesome personnel who cares, is attentive, and provides quality service! He deserves recognition!
Was a little busy when we came in but they got us in pretty quick about 10 minutes. The food came out fresh and hot with no Problems. Our server David was very attentive and Interactive with us and and gave us a good laugh. Was quick and never let our drinks run out. If you stop into this location make sure to ask your David he will take amazing care of you and the food here and the food here is awesome I would definitely Recommend this place to my friends and family.
This place was a little busy tonight, because a lot of party’s came from the Sinclair graduation. But our waiter David was super nice, and got us everything we needed to enjoy our meal! When the food came I was starving, but it definitely was worth the wait! Amazing chicken tenders :) I recommend! Thank you to every employee who was working tonight, you all worked very hard to make us happy! I appreciate what you guys do! ❤️
Good experience! The restaurant overall was short staffed and was on a short wait however the service (Mason) provided made the experience even better. He did a great job and was very attentive.
First time at an Outback in a long time. Didn’t realize they had such an extensive gluten free menu which has limited my wife’s dining options greatly the last two years. We were told to expect a 40-45 minute wait. We were seated in just over 20. Our server Madeline was very attentive even having multiple tables to juggle. Food was amazing and came out quickly. My wife said it was the first good restaurant prepared steak she’s had in a long time. Gluten free brownie dessert was great too. We will be back.
Service was fine great actually.I had to send the stakes back twice, ordered medium rare, and it was bloody rare.After sending them back, They were overcooked well done, not what we orderedThey tried again with the same results.The salad and baked potato were very good. Our dog enjoyed the dog bag immensely
Kiley was my server. I’m absolutely astounded by her professionalism, attention to detail and overall work ethic. She performed above and beyond and deserves the utmost respect.If the boss is reading this, take a seat. Open your drawer and take out your mirror. Give yourself a good hard look in that mirror and realize that you can’t afford to not have her on the team. If I was you l, I would do the right thing and give her your job. Do you want this place to succeed? Because she is success. 1.5 trillion out of 10 would recommend.Kiley literally save my life when she recommended I get the steakhouse Mac and cheese as a side. I was totes dying trying to choose.
By far the best place on Miller Lane and best Outback anywhere. I got stuck reading some of these bad reviews and can honestly say that they are either crazy, or fake from competition in the area. I’ve been a handful of times and I haven’t had a single complaint. Chelsea has served me nearly every time and is amazing. Always smiling and professional. I’ve worked in the industry and can say that she is by far the best I’ve ever encountered, myself included. The other visits were amazing as well. Each employee seems to love their job and it is a contagiously good atmosphere as soon as you come through the door. Food is unbelievable every time. I’ve been everywhere in the area and have yet to find a better steak no matter the cut. Can’t recommend this place enough.
