Yesterday was Easter Sunday and we decided to to stop for a late lunch at the Miller lane Olive Garden. We arrived at 1pm ish, and our wait time was less than five minutes for a party of 2.We were seated in one of those two seater booths, to our surprise are very spacious. Our waitress was outstanding and the food service was wonderful. Each item came out just as we finished the course before. Each food item was delicious. Thank you for making our Easter meal a success.
We used a gift card received due to a bad experience at a different Olive Garden and this location was great. The server was quick and attentive. The chicken marsala was very delicious. Excellent job!!!
Met up with friends for dinner. Seated almost immediately on a Friday night around 6pm. Waitress was quick to get drinks and to get our order in. Very professional and courteous. Food delivered quick, hot and fresh. Was very delicious. Waitress kept our glasses full and did not let a long time go in between making sure we were still doing ok. We added a couple of to-go entrées and finished up the evening. Great dinner date!
Wanted Olive Garden for my Birthday. Party of 7. Went online to reserve a spot. Online said to call for party of 7. So I did then they tell me do it online. So back to website made my reservations. When we got there to tell them we was here. They didn't even have our name in the system. I got a text saying 50-60 min wait. So then they proceed to tell me another 40 min. We left. Not only did they do this to us but the lady ahead of us was the same thing. They didn't have her name in system. Sounds to me they need to get a new system.
Went as a family for lunch yesterday. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated when multiple tables were open. Only thing we could think of is short staffing. Service was beyond mediocre and food wasn't the best. I had chicken tortellini and 2 of my daughters had shrimp Alfredo. My daughters both got food poisoning from the shrimp and I have sat on toilet for the last 15 hrs. Will not be back to this location!
I haven't been to an Olive Garden in ten years. The food is not the same as I remember it. While not as decadent as I remember it seems to have become calorie conscious. Overall I enjoyed my food and the service was perfectly acceptable. Nothing really stood out though.
Great food good service. We've had better service before, but it seemed like it was just a slightly off night for our server, nothing big or terrible. Still a great place for some yummy Italian food.
Terribly disappointed. Expected Olive Garden quality unfortunately that didn't happen. The server was unearthed, smelly, and unmaintained. Looked like they hadnt combed their hair in month (female named Drew). The soups were cold abs tasted as if they hadn't been prepared properly. Gnocchi was thick and pasty. Zuppa tasted the nothing but bacon grease. Salad had zero dressing. Special ordering was impossible and out of the question. Terribly disspointed.
I'm not a usual fan of Olive garden but that night the waitress was able to pretty much pick out the meal that she thought I would like and I loved it. Everyone including myself was very impressed with the food in the service. That's why we pitched in to leave a 100% tip
Stopped in to celebrate my grandsons 2nd birthday! Had a great time ,Jordan our waiter s was very cheerful and was quick to help with suggestions and with keeping our salad and breadsticks full(THANK YOU!) FOOD was outstanding !
