Had dinner on a Thursday, service was slow, I don't know how busy our server was, didn't seem too busy to me though. We waited forever for our drinks and we couldn't get our appetizer order in until we were ready to order our meals. Food was ok, with the over all experience made it unimpressive though. ??♀️ Would try again, but expectations would be low.
It's been decades since I was stationed anywhere with an O'Charleys. So I was happy to see it as I was passing through. However, not quite what it used to be. The waitress with a tattoo on the back of her neck thought it was perfectly acceptable to use curse words while serving while I sat with my child. The food was not very good, definitely cold and microwaved. The tables were cleaned but the rest of the facility was not. I'd say skip this place and head down to cracker barrel.** We gave it a second go because we were staying across the street. The food was worse than the day before. It took 45+ minutes to come out, was literally cold. 2 of our party didn't eat their food. How do you screw up a hamburger? It was awful.
Traveled there this weekend and there were only two other cars in the parking lot. Staff was all complaining about the previous shift not doing their job and cleaning up. They complained the entire time we were there to each other. Took the waitress a while to finally come over to us to take our drink and food order. Queso was as runny as water. Won't be back!
The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the food and service was great. These days you never know what to expect when you dine out. This one gets an A+.
Nice warm atmosphere. Are regular server, waitress every Friday night. Quiet bubbly, helpful & friendly. Checked on our table frequently! w/w/o asking, refilled waters,coffee & brought extra warm bread. My baked salmon dinner two sides & salad was delicious! Just make sure you specify how you want your steak or hamburgers cooked! Enjoyable evening.
This trip to o Charlie's on Friday 4-2. , the service was great the staff was nice and always helpful, We ordered fried pickles , Wife had seafood platter it was nasty more bread than fish same with the shrimp was over cooked couldn't eat crab cakes son had chicken with black beans and rice would have tasted better if they didn't forget the beans. My 12oz steak was perfect but I would have liked my salad before my steak.
Went there yesterday, had the garlic shrimp, with mushrooms added. The server was fine. However! The .meal was very salty tasting! It seemed to be the mushrooms. My wife gave me hers. She simply couldn't handle it. I barely could. The one in Richmond, IN has never been that way. Doubtful will eat at that location again.
They were not busy at all but it still took 45 minutes to get our food after the order was taken. They don't know the difference between sweet and unsweetened tea. The crab cakes had zero flavor.
Great food and service.Enjoyed the company. The atmosphere was wonderful. Will come back again soon.
very Pricey here. we always go to the one closer to us and never was that expensive. Ee about died on the price and hiw they charge you.
