We have ordered from them while at work for years. The food has always been great. However, Linda ( I think is her name) who answers the phone. She is the most rude lady I have ever encountered at a take out. I am not sure what her problem is . We have continued to order even though we dread calling to order. However, after the last time I think we wont order again. Its a shame.

UPDATE TO OWNERS COMMENT BELOW: Owner's response was extremely ridiculous and condescending! With inflation increasing their already unjustifiable prices, I am offended that this is their answer for a repeat customer who has continued to give them business to support businesses in my neighborhood. It would've been better to not respond as opposed to this flippant comment, especially since you've disregarded grammar entirely!Ordered 2 DISHES: Sesame Beef and Mala Chicken, one with fried rice one with white rice. It was terrible! The Sesame Beef was gummy, not crispy; sauce was runny. Mala Chicken had NO flavor and not the distinctive Mala seasoning. The ticket was $36! It seems like they are skimping and gouging their customers. We usually frequent Young Chow in Kettering (closed for renovations until the 19th of April) half the price and twice the flavor and quantity. I wish we just waited instead of wasting our money. It's a real sham! They take advantage of being the only Chinese restaurant on the UD/Brown ST and serving residents and students an inferior product!!

This place has been my go to for years. After tonight's experience I'll never eat there again. General Tso's chicken was raw, pink, & undercooked. Crab Rangoon cream cheese was either missing, or leaked out during frying. Just empty shells. Chicken Lo mein bit into something very hard that could've chipped a tooth if it landed right. Chicken egg rolls didn't look like pics. Nasty lumps of processed meat all clumped together that fell out with no veggies. Called the restaurant. They blamed Doordash. Asked me to bring it back. I couldn't, & told them it was food quality/cooking issues. They wouldn't take any responsibility, left me on hold, & didn't come back to the phone. $50 wasted. Don't eat here.

Only for people that order thru door dash will receive they're food very late because they do not do them in the correct order plus they are under staffed. Very slow wait

Great sweet and sour ribs!

It was the best chinese I have had in awhile !!!

Absolutely delicious and freshly made every single time.

Fast and friendly! Great food.

Ordered 3 small meals, two with fried rice and one with white. Asked for one egg roll. Total was $42 and I thought whoa that’s steep but relocated here and assumed college area means higher prices. Got it home, missing one fried rice and my egg roll is actually a spring roll. Broccoli wasn’t cooked either. Definitely won’t be going back.

Used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. But seems to be a victim of covid you order at the counter now and you can eat in the restaurant but there's no table service.
