June 2022, Wed noon. Ordered an AC cold sub. I have had hundreds over the past 40 years at Milanos; never a bad one. I asked the server if they changed their potato chips, he said yes. Although the previous ones were not that good, the new ones (ridges) are tasteless and are not crispy. My sub had no spices (oregano), no oil & vinegar, and half the onions and tomatoes than usual. When I mentioned all of these things to the server, he asked if I wanted a side of oil & vinegar. Maybe the kitchen help is new?

Very great time!!! The people are super friendly!!! And very helpful!!!! Will be back again!!! There drinks are bomb to!!! Very good selection!!! Want anything with fruit? Want iced? There selection is super good,. And I had some drinks. I've never had before! We keep on coming back!! There subs and pizza are amazing! Plus the porch seating for outside!?! Ugh. Nothing beats that energy!

A college bar that serves up quite a variety of good food, with some seasonal dishes and beers around Octoberfest as well! Good pizza, and personally I am a big fan of their calzones. In addition they have quite the array of beers on tap, from local offerings to seasonal brews as well! They have quite a large patio for enjoying the outdoors and a ton of tvs for broadcasting the local games. A solid offering, and a great place to watch the Flyers!

Literally the worst customer experience. Tried to place an order and the person who answered the phone said call back in an hour. We asked about coming in to place an order and she said you’ll just wait there an hour to order. Seriously? I understand the wait and we are willing to do so. “Call back in an hour?” We went to the Beavercreek location and they were professional and helpful. Just unbelievable. Definitely our last time dealing with this place. If it hadn’t been a birthday dinner request, we would have not gone to Beavercreek.

Your carry out sucks, for the 3rd time. I know it's hard to get good people to do some of the jobs but you really need a manager back there to get their hands on your carry out.. I've always loved Milano's even before the they expanded from that little place on Brown street. We put an order in this past weekend and they totally screwed it up. Not only did they mess up my sandwich they shorted a sandwich when we came here to pick it up so we had to wait in additional 15 - 20 minutes for that sandwich to get done. I sat next to my wife when she ordered it she had to go through two different people people and explain twice our order that we wanted and they still screwed it up. You guys need to get it together. I just thought you'd like to know. Thanks

Service was good but food has gone down hill. The Buffalo chicken dip was more like Buffalo sauce soup with chunks of cream cheese - barely any chicken. The pesto veggie sandwich was just down right sad - good toppings but very little of them; mostly bread. Southwest chicken salad was OK but nothing to rave about.Your best bet is to probably stick with a cold cut sub.

Service was good, no problem there…but the food was a pretty big let down for this reputable place. Buff dip very little chicken, and the veggie sandwich was dry, dry, dry. Very little ingredients, couldn’t really get good flavors coming through. Bread was also a bit over baked in my opinion. The spring salad was great, 5 stars on the salad alone.

Food is tasty. But you MUST check your order before leaving the restaurant. Haven’t had a 100% accurate order in the last four visits.

I had an issue with a DoorDash delivery from Milano's Pizza, Subs & Taps last month. They delivered my food to my neighbor, and I was less-than-impressed with the sub that I ordered. The manager, Larry, saw my post and said that I could call him. I did just that, and he offered to make it right on a future order. This was above and beyond, because the problems were mostly on DoorDash, and my personal preference of not liking their bread. He also explained to me that they have a soft roll that I could substitute for the traditional hard roll.I tried a chicken Philly on a soft roll, and the bread absolutely made a difference for me! I have to note that this sub is exactly like my last one, with all of the toppings on the outside, so I'm not really sure what's happening in their sub making process! ?? I also had a spring salad that was really good. I didn't love the artichoke dip. It wasn't bad, but I've had better.I also want to give a shout out to the cashier who was taking orders that night. I didn't get his name, but he was amazing. The poor kid was new, and I'm asking him about an account credit, if they can make things that aren't on the menu, and for the soft roll, and he had to put me on hold every time to ask! ?? He apologized and said that he was new, but he was so kind through all of my questioning. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order, he was on the phone with someone asking about their hours. The person called 15 mins before close. He was telling them that it was still okay to place an order, and explaining that the kitchen closes 30 mins before the restaurant. If that had been me, I totally would have said, "Okay, bye!" and avoided that last minute order! ?? He really was a stand-up employee! Between him and the manager, I'm more than happy to give this place my business!

Food is good, but ordering delivery is usually disappointing. The website requires you "select a time", but 99% of the time it says "There are no available delivery times"...even on a weekday. Pickup is usually hit or miss as well depending on which crew is working--some are great, others are pretty trash and you'll wait 20+ minutes after the scheduled time for your food to be ready.
