4 stars for the morning team - the second line apparently trips them up, and I’ll watch 2 people get their orders taken before me, but otherwise the experience is fine and I get how it is during the rush.1 star for whoever is in there at night, if anyone. I have on multiple occasions sat at the drive through in the evening with no response or most recently was told that they couldn’t accept any orders with no explanation. Also they apparently don’t know how inventory works. How the heck do you run out of large cups and Diet Coke? I’d accept pandemic supply chain issues as an excuse if I’d seen that issue anywhere else, and I haven’t.Edit - lowered my praise for the morning team because another review reminded me of some of the stuff you see in the second line.
I had good service personally but many times that I've came here recently have an evening or night they either do not accept credit cards do not honor anything on the apps, out of this or that. My friends are complaining a lot after sitting in line they get up to the window and they find out that it's cash only they're very upset. Usually they tell me when they take my order that it's cash only. Why is this happening I'm curious it can't be because of covid. Not just this McDonald's either.
Went to grab food around 2 in the morning when I got off work. Went through the drive thru and the man said 15 minutes until I could order, me and a couple other cars waited. After 15 minutes, went through and said they would be open after another 5 minutes. Waited until 230 for them to say they are closed. Awful service, be up front with customers instead of leading them on. I wasted time and gas just to have just enough time to order a sandwich from cousin vinnys.
I typically don’t write bad reviews but I need it to be known of the horrific service I received. I was at this Mcdonalls to pick up an order for Uber Eats delivery. It waited 45 min for them to make 3 drinks. It appeared that they had enough staff. The organization wasn’t on point and the employees seemed to be scattered. I had to tell the employee what I needed from Uber Eats because it was no longer in their system. All the customer waiting inside the restaurant were complaining about the service. I would of settled for a sincere apology for having me wait that long, but I didn’t receive one.
Sat 5 minutes at the first window and waited for the girl to get off her phone to take the money for the order. Sauce was forgotten, music blaring in the restaurant. Normally, reviews differ in fast food because of different shifts and the younger crowd running the show, but standing there waiting to give money and was rude as well constitutes this restaurant to be deemed awful. The food did seem to be okay however the infamous ice cream machine was down. We were quickly prompted with a "were not doing that today".Overall terrible experience. Maybe try back when employee turn over happens.
Not happy. I ordered breakfast for me and my daughter they only gave me one sausage McMuffin out of 2 so my daughter went in to get the one they missed. She waited 20 mins bc they where supposedly short on sausage patties. She said the manager kept on telling the person on the grill to get back to work because he was standing around and playing on his phone.
Second time here this week. First time was a ridiculously long wait time, over 20 minutes. This time was still over 15 minutes fro. Order to pickup. Burgers were OK. Fries hot but not done. Seemed chaotic inside store. People on their phones (not sanitary!), standing around doing nothing. I had a very basic order that seemed to confuse the employees. Plus, order was "served off" before I was gathered together. They had to ask me what I had ordered.
Well it was early morning. I ordered 2 sausage egg mu muffins they were $ 5.98 I ordered 1 sauge egg buscuit and it was $4.09. I couldn't believe a biscuit with 1 slice of sausage and 1 egg could cost so much. I think the price was out ragious. The food was hit and delicious. The order was correct and fast. The service was good and polite. I'll go back but I will check prices before I order the next time.Sorry I don't have a photo.
They are not prepared to handle a morning rush or a second drive thru line. You will always wait an extended period if you're at the "second" speaker (either speaker might be the second speaker on any given day). Then they put inexperienced people on the register who don't put your food order in correctly until you've sat there for 5 minutes trying to help them get it correct so you get the food you came for. Then they will probably still get it wrong or add things to your order by the time you pull around to pay and get your food.
Pretty sure they're ripping people off. Went to the drive-thru my total came 262 and change and was charged an extra $0.75. Also they were out of Register paper so they couldn't print me a receipt off the argument back. And gyp me on a french fry. Only reason why I gave him one star cuz they don't give negative star results
