The manager joe was rude to us and disrespectful to the employees then he shorted us a sandwich so I call in he said no they didn't I have never in my life have I seen a McDonald's like this one unbelievable trying find corporate that deals with franchises and the one on needmore rd isn't any better anyone knows the phone number to corporate plz comment
Good food... Bad service. No matter how polite you are, they're still going to be rude to the customer. I think it's a McDonald's thing!
Hands down the best McDonald's as far as quality in cooking and flavor. (I've not been a fan for some time) However, my order has been incorrect the last 2 times I've been there. Ate it anyway due to time constraints (good). Always verify your order!
It's an okay location. Sometimes they don't have change so you don't get your change back or they forget an item, really not that bad. It's when I sat in line and waited 15 minutes for 2 spicy crispy chicken Sandwiches and told the lady twice to make sure they're the spicy kind. I pay and get home and there no spicy sauce, not a speck on either Sandwich. Probably short staffed and In a rush to get everyone served but still a bit annoying ya know?

Always delicious fast and friendly, however I do suggest checking the contents of your order before driving off, people as well as computers make mistakes. But if they do mess up your order they're really good at making it right. But I haven't had that issue at this location
This is the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. The entire double qt pounder was full of OIL I don’t know where it’s coming from it was dripping oil! No condiments on it as well. These people can’t even do 1 simple task of making a burger, how sad.!
The best tasting food I've ever had from McDonald's. The people working there are friendly and the service is excellent. They are open all night on the weekend. Will definitely be going back again.

I stop at this McDonald's almost every morning for breakfast and the breakfast crew is well-trained and very courteous. Today is the first time I stopped in the afternoon and the person taking the orders was very unprofessional and extremely rude. when I first pulled up, I made it clear that I had two orders. The guy working the drive thru was inconvenienced by the fact that I had two different orders. After I was done with my first order I proceeded with my second order and then he wanted to argue with me. He was confused, I guess about the fact that I only ordered 1 thing on the 1st order. Instead of just clarifying the order with me, he argued about the 2nd order. When I tried explaining to him that I was giving him the second order he continued to argue with me about it. The manager for that shift came to the window and he was just as rude. He acted as if he didn't care. I was going to make a big order but I left. They need to retrain the people in the afternoon because the people in the morning are absolutely superb!
