I drove all the way across Dayton Ohio to get a egg McMuffin because it was the only McDonald's open at 4am after my boyfriend got off work, so I ordered 2 egg McMuffins and when I got home I noticed there was no Canadian bacon on either sandwich, it's not even a egg McMuffin without the candian bacon, im really upset, and it's too far away for me to drive all the way back, how do u forget the candian bacon on both sandwiches, not to mention we were the only car in the drive thru so it wasn't like they were busy. I tried to make a complaint on their website but it won't let me.
Not sure how they even keep running at this location. I've been in some forms of customer service most of my working career even worked for McDonald's, not this location, I'd be embarrassed to be work here (this applies to the evening crew). My son loves his nuggets and fries happy meal. Half the time they don't put the apples or fries in it. It's one or the other. Tonight we had a bigger order because we were ordering for more family members and they put my daughters nugget sauce in the bag but forgot the whole meal. They are rude af when you're trying to order. Never this location again. Should have a while hiring event for people who actually work for their money.

We took our 3rd graders to lunch on their field trip. The staff was excellent! They were very accommodating, friendly and served us quickly.
I went to the McDonald's in airway shopping center on 2 different occassions. Both times I ordered 3 of the $3 bundles. Only to get my order and only 1 order of fries. The bundle comes with a double cheeseburger and small fry. The other is a 6 piece nugget and small fry. They then said I only paid for 1 $3 bundle. But I got the cheeseburger and the nuggets. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Will never go back to this location and I paid for 3 bundles.
Stopped serving dinner early because they cleaned early, extremely rude when I asked why. Then decided to make a rude remark. Honestly this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The person working on 24 January 22 at night deserves needs some customer service training or to find a new job. Didn’t get any food, honestly didn’t trust the person not to spit in my food for asking a simple question why they were cutting corners. Pure laziness.
I come here sometimes, sure it’s slow but the whole world is understaffed right now so I understand. Sweet costumer service and food. Manners go a long way people don’t forget to thank the ones who showed up to work
Horrible!!! And I mean that in every aspect of this trip. Did not get the order right at the speaker and couldn't get it right face to face for the best part of 6 mins. Redicious!! Aces in their places people. I hope that some slight over the counter medicine may have been a work ??
I had a few doordash orders from here,it was around 12am or 1am after waiting at least 25 mins in the line they started turning away all orders except for doordash. I gave them the doordash number and was told to pull around after another 10 mins I was told they wasnt taking orders anymore that they was switching to breakfast and they didn't have my doordash order. I pull out let the customer know what happened and cancel the order. I get another or and thinking ok maybe this one is breakfast take the order and come back around I'm then told they are in shut down and aren't taking anymore orders till after 3am. They didnt know why the doordash orders where still coming through or apparently did know how to stop them.This restaurant is 24hours and I get a lot of doordash orders here this never happened before and they never went to breakfast that early either. Doordash thought the restaurant was still open and I was falsely reporting it closed.
Order 2 orders of pancakes. Biscuits and gravy. No syrup, butter, plasticware. Asked for plasticware and gave me one set.? Acted like It was putting her out to give me plasticware. Where is customer service. This McDonalds should just close if that’s the best they can do.
