Overall good. Ordered a wrap. Outer edges of wrap were dry so I picked some off. Let them know before I left so they could check their stock. They offered to make another but I had already eaten it :) it was still delicious. Suggestion would be to have slices of cucumber and tomato for wraps and sandwiches instead of chunks. Just my preferences perhaps others feel the same.The person I spoke to at the end was kind. So overall good experience.
Sadly waited 25 minutes while the family's lunch got cold. While there seemed to be plenty of staff, they seemed swamped although there was no line to speak of. At least the order was accurate.
The staff was friendly, prompt and attentive. The meals were enough to feed everyone another meal for later. I ate half the potato (which was basically two of them together) and half the sandwich. They didn’t short me on any of the fixings and the sides were very tasty as well. The chili is thick and the service at dinner time was quick.
I have ordered food from here at least 2 times a month for the last two years and I give 5 stars! The sandwiches are amazing (I've tried them all) and their potato soup is the best. If you like baked potatoes, this is the place! They are HUGE, well cooked, and toppings are generous. One of my go-to places to take out
I was given the wrong order drove 20 minutes to get home to find out I was given the wrong order hade to make a 40 minute round trip just get the right food when I pick it up all I got was a half a** sorry never again will I go there
Let me start by saying, "I'm not expecting perfection when dining out. Nonetheless, rude and unprofessional service is unexcuseable! ( especially when I spend 30.00 for a salad and sandwich/soup for lunch)Loud unpleasant chatter among employees and the person who took the order should have called off instead of treating customers like an inconvenience!Food was hot and tasty, but the lack of respectful customer service left a bad taste on the restaurant, staff, and overall experience.
Marissa was our host with the most, she is so professional and has a lovely personality. The food was great, as usual & I felt safe within the building.
Food was good, scheduled to pick up at 6:30, traffic was backed up due to an accident. Called a said we wouldn't be able to pick up until 7:15, they kept the food warm. Staff was friendly and I appreciated the extra effort they took for our order.
For the first time my food was terrible I shared my receipt just because it was a simple order extra cheese extra mayo turkey provolone lettuce and tomato I’ll try them again but never in the evening.....
Staff friendly. Food great. Servings too large for me. Reuben delicious. Busy however had two registers open for fast service. Quickly got food too. Able to have planning meeting
