We had catered the day before of our party on last weekend with the baking instructions fettuccini Alfredo and baked Ziti with bread. Both the dishes were vegetarianAfter two hours at 400degree sauce of the pasta was too thin. Our guests even was not able to serve it. Please see pictures in the last we had to throw two full trays since no one liked it. While baked ziti was turned out ok. We had spend 300$ 0n that dish just for the liquify sauce, looks like cook has forgotten to add some ingredients. Be careful in catering that dish half cooked. Thanks

We get take out at least every 6 weeks because it the food is fantastic. It is authentic italian cuisine, like I would get in New York City. They have a great variety of dishes to choose from. The customer service is A+ and any problems has been handled with the utmost courteously. It is a wonderful place for families or couples to go eat. Give it try.

The food was okay. However, the customer service was absolutely horrible. From the minute me and my group walked in the door, the hostess was extremely disrespectful. We had a reservation at 7. We were told that our table was going to be given away because it was 7:03 when the last person showed up. When we were taken to our table the waiter was rude and condescending. She was lucky that gratuity was included because she would not have received a tip had it not been required. Overall the customer service was absolutely terrible. At this rate, we could have gone to Olive Garden and had a better experience.

Being from NY, I’m very picky about my Italian food. I’m spoiled I guess. So when I moved to Ohio, one of the first things I did was search for some good New York style Italian food. It wasn’t long before several people suggested this place. I have now been a returning customer for seven years. This place is as authentic as it gets. It’s a family business with delicious, fresh food. We will always be a customer here. Highly suggested!

Amazing staff and amazing scratch cooking that is truly authentic.

Others were seated right up against us although many tables were empty. Service was a mess although our young server was attentive and seemed to be working hard to make our experience pleasant. Manager was beyond rude when we asked about our mixed up order. Food was mediocre at best. Large portions of food in no way made up for quality. All together a huge disappointment.

This is the semiconductor time we have been to Mama’s. The food, good selection, service is perfection. Highly recommend.

This is a weekly MUST for my husband and I. The food is incredible and staff is fantastic also! Fresh & homemade Italian food - won’t find anything better!

Ok, taste was pretty good! and interior was pretty too? but there were too many people. And every employees looked so busy that it took too much time to ask for a to-go box or bill. Of course, the food came out late.

TERRIBLE experience. Arrived at 5pm. Told the wait was 30 minutes. It was a full hour before we were seated. Apologies from Sarah at the bar but not the manager. Seated at the table. Took 40 minutes for a salad. Two hours in, we asked for our food to go. Ten minutes later, we were told it “would be awhile”. Ridiculous. Nothing we purchased was complementary despite the terrible experience. Take out is the priority. Screw the in-person customer. Feel sorry for the waitress. The manager had nothing to say…. Again, Sarah at the bar was trying to make it right but the experience will keep us from coming back to a place I’ve frequented for more than 40 years. Shame on you.
