Food was mmkay. However DO NOT BITE ON THE LOCAL FLAVOR PROMO! They will not honor the coupon voucher you purchase on there. Said they were no longer accepting but the promo is still active on local flavor. Purchased the $30 for $15 deal only to get denied when I got to the restaurant. Poor business practices and @$30 I was disappointed. Not comparable to the wing spot it replaced.

I had been hearing a lot about this place and decided I wanted to try it while also supporting a black owned business in the community where I live the food was excellent only thing I wish my wings would have been fried hard but I really really appreciate getting the all flats that I ask for a lot of restaurants are blowing it because of this I’m not a drum stick kind of person reason I ask for all flats but the service was excellent bartender was attentive I appreciate that I will definitely be back soon
This is a west side gem! Way better than when it was frickers. Fun staff and music. Small but awesome menu! It's a must go.

We came in and placed a to go lunch order. The waitress/bartender greeted us within 10 seconds after entering, and sat us at the bar. She got our drinks, while assisting other customers at the bar with speed and a smile. Our order was ready quickly. The quality and appearance of our orders were great, and tasted delicious. The ambience was very laid back and welcoming. Next time we'll make time to dine in.
Worst place I’ve ever worked at in my entire life. Wouldn’t waste your time, money, or energy here. Checks were always late, and/or inaccurate. Schedules were always on late notice or little to no notice. Just an overall hot mess and management is just horrendous!!! Yall need to do better and have better bartenders with better attitudes. Please take this advice into consideration. Oh and it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make a simple mixed drink either ma’am ?
