I like the food. I don't however like looking at an open time, on the web and it be completely different from what they say. Google says open at 10:30 a.m. and they told me 11:00 a.m and can't change it. Someone needs to change it! So I go back the next day after 11 and get the fish and chicken, which I've been wanting. Well I take back what I said about liking the food, greasy, all breading on the fish, chicken was hard as hell, and for the most part the whole meal was wasted! My cats wouldn't even eat the fish! The hush puppies and fries were fine! Up your game, serve better food, or quit!
I had the fish and shrimp meal. It was so good. Employees were very helpful and such nice people. I have ate there before and I will eat there again.
The food is delicious...most of the time. The prices keep going up and up and that's the bad part. You'd think this was Red Lobster instead of a fast food seafood joint
This is a hit or miss place. Sometimes I will get fresh good food with food service. Other times I will get ok food. Some times you will get bad service and rude people. All depends I guess. Don't buy their fish tacos because they don't make them like they are supposed to. Also don't buy their coleslaw. It is always grey and warm. Not worth the food poisoning. Now that I think about it I'm not sure why I'm giving it a 3 stars ?
They were closing when i got there and they did tell me it will be a 15 min wait on fresh food. The Fish was hot n fresh, chicken was doughy (slightly under cooked)and they forgot my pups
We ordered quite a few items off the menu. I was expecting standard fast food but was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered. The macaroni and cheese they offer is very good, the fish was cooked well, and the clams were just right. If you are visiting the area and use a delivery service you will receive a well packaged meal and it will be obvious they take great care to send out a high quality product to you.
I love their fish tacos I'm glad that they gave the opportunity for people who don't eat a lot of fried foods to eat something a little bit healthy even though it's covet and you can't go in right now they do move pretty fast
1). Forgot a whole platter.…I ordered two!2).They put hot fried clams in the same bag as my cheesecake.…cheesecake melted!3). Very little any cocktail sauce in the cup.4). Multiple sauces I didn’t ask for or need. However, the ones I needed (tarter/malt) I got only a few.
Stopped in to pick up dinner after a day of shopping. Went through the drive-thru. The server helped me pick out what I wanted because I was a little bit frazzled from all that shopping. It was quick, enjoyable and I got a nice dinner. :-)
I only gave this review three stars because the food was fresh. The customer service was something to be desired. The inside was closed so the only option was going through the drive-thru. Two cars pulled out and left as we pulled in stating it would be 20 minutes on food. We went ahead and ordered and the first thing we were greeted with was how long it would be and what the store did not have. We were told it would be 20 minutes also for food. While we were ordering the staff inside shut the power off to the menu board in the drive-thru. We pulled on up to the window and we had food in approximately 5 minutes. At least the food was fresh.
