Well for starters this was my first time back since 1997!! NO JOKEOrdered 8 pcs family meal, i asked to substitute the two legs for extra wings and a side order of wedges! So that should give me 2 breast, 2 thighs and 4 wings “ SHOULD “!! I get 2 breast, 2 legs and 4 wings and NO WEDGES! CALLED TWICE NO ANSWER! So this will be my final time coming here!! KFC WILL GET MY MONEY FROM NOW ON!
The food was great, they are fast enough. Gave us everything we needed. Was friendly. Will go back.
So little potatoes and coleslaw. Chicken is cold. Fried pickles were amazing except they forgot the ranch. Guess that's what happens when you get the Wednesday special. Glad KFC doesn't jip people.
The first time I came here, I was baked. So the automated voice in the drive-thru had me tweaking and I skrt'd off.I came back after a month or two, sober. Still skeptical of the voice but that thang actually works. Got my order correct and all. First time I ever experienced that.The staff is pretty friendly. It's a pretty good Lee's.
Very good place to eat. My cashier was truly very nice very helpful. I was having a hard day and this kid just made things better. Held his head high did his job with not a care in the world of what others might think or say. Was just positive and out going. Polite and most fast food joints don't have that kinda service lol. I believe that his name was Kylan. Or kyland but that's young man for being positive and polite more people in that job setting should be trained by or like you...
This is literally the best lee's i've been to!The staff was supppper friendly and they took my gluten allergy with such care and made sure there was as little cross contamination as possible! And the food was wonderful! 10/10
Everything was good but it took 45 minutes to get 3 meals and then the guy working the register wouldn't let me get grab my bag with my meals from him and then he tied my bag in a tight double knot too where I couldn't double check my meals to ensure they were correct I had to rip the bag open to check my meals and it was a stressful and upsetting ride home with my meals not in a bag and trying not to dump any of them and drive home safely without wrecking my vehicle. This experience has made rethink any future visits to this restaurant again.
Eat here all the time I love it but this time the gravy was so spicy my 1 yr old son puked from coughing so bad everytime we have ate here in the passed the gravy has never been spicy so I didn't think to taste it but now my son is crying from how spicy it was I could not eat it either they refused to give me a refund.
Best location yet. Food as and always is fresh, staff is also nice and respectful.
I have lived in the area for years, kind of like a good pair of shoes or your favorite pen...This is my favorite Lee's to go to. Staff are patient, courteous and friendly to me everytime I eat there. Doesn't matter if it's in person or drive through the experience is always a good one. Restaurant is clean inside and out, it's also very comfortable to eat in. Food has always been good and if there's any issues with your order they're quick to fix and or replace with no hassle. Will continue eating at this store as always.
