The portion size has definitely decreased with the side dishes at this location. I'm going to other locations and the portions or enough to feel the compartment that they're put in. Also my dining companion wanted honey mustard for her sandwich but was told she'd have to pay a quarter for it. Since dipping sauce is our only for the chicken tenders. The Sandwich was served dry with nothing on it which is why she wanted the dipping sauce. I would not go back.
I am very disappointed i recently move to theneighborhood and my first visit there for lunch was excellent. But every since then when we go in the evening's it's horrible. The chicken is hard and dry, and the green beans are full of strings. Also the mash potatoes were not hot. Ive given them three trys and wont be going back my money is important to me and my husband.
The chicken is delicious and the roll soft. Every time I'm in Dayton, Ohio. I will stop and buy my dinner at Main Street store.
My first time seeing fish on the menu... In fairness to Lee's, I got there 10 minutes before they closed. Quite frankly I didn't know they were open. With that said, I ordered the fish and chips... I am going to give them another try because the food wasn't fresh at all... Like I said, I didn't know they were open and I got there 10 minutes before they closed. I hope the fish and chips are fresh the next time I go there.
This was the worse customer service I have ever received. I ordered a combo and she asked for my side. I said fries. She asked again. I said frie, wedges. She yelled through the speaker asking again. I told her I said fries 3 times. The. She asked what else I wanted. Told her I wanted to leave good bye. There is never a reason to yell at a customer through the speaker. If I could give 0 stars she earned it!
Often has over cooked or dried out liver, or chicken, also gives you gizzards in liver order, employees are kind and respectful, but do not seem to care about quality of freshness served to customers
This was not good at all. Chicken was over cooked. Sides where minimal. Biscuit was good. Chicken dry.
I went to stop at the Lees location on N. Main st today. Now everyone knows about the special on Wednesday. It be off the hook!!! Lines to the street. Line in the lobby for the best damn chicken in town. I wasn’t going to stop. But one thing came to mind my. chicken was going to be hot, fresh, and delicious. When I say I maybe sat 5 min through out the whole process from ordering to receiving my order. And I got 5 meals. It’s the only restrauant with a drive thru on this side of town you do not have to wait 20 and 30 mins. And it’s worth the buck. Kudos to that staff.
What a difference a location makes. This restaurant was spotless. Counter staff couldn't have been nicer.Five stars!!
Went here for chicken and got the most driest pieces of chicken I've ever eaten or been served with. To bad this ratings doesn't offer negative numbers. Plus, I looked on line about two days later and realized I had been charged way too much, but lessoned learned. I have told all my military friends and their families that this is not where they want to go for chicken and side orders. I belong to three different military organizations and I am known for my point blank critic but they also know I am serious about them.As all can see by the two photos I submitted, a 20pc chicken meal for $35.49 comes with 10 biscuits and 5 sides yet I paid the $35.49 for ONLY the 20 pieces and had to pay full price for the biscuits and one(1) side. I was never told the price included biscuits and 5 sides! Check your order before you leave and check the quality of the chicken for freshness. Mine was so dry it was like it sat under a heat lamp for hours before it was "pawned" off on me.
