First time going to this location which I forgot about. I stopped in there to order some food the staff were very nice and helpful. The food was cooked perfectly. Clean and tidy restaurant. I would recommend anybody to stop here and have a nice meal.
Good chicken, horrible speaker recording for drive-thru. Sadly, it was impossible to order with the recorded speaker. It can apparently only translate yes or no; questions are not possible. It took forever to get through the line and there is no escape. On the other hand, the chicken tenders were very generously sized and very good. Perfect for salads or finger food.
Usually a big fan but really dropped the ball this time. Charged for what I ordered but once I got home realized I was given the wrong pieces (a mix of what I assume was the leftovers as they were close to closing) and not given the extras ordered. Totally understand closing but if you don’t have the pieces, let me know up front not when I sit down at home.
The food and human service was really good, but the automated drive thru ordering system is a little unreliable. It tried a few times to complete my order when I wasn't finished yet. (It could have been partly my error in communication or weather related issues.)Too bad there is no accuracy board to indicate correct orders.Therefore, it confused the staff by splitting my order into two separate orders.Lee's hit the spot for everyone in my family!EDIT: (05 May 22) I had a craving again for Lee's and this time, no issues with the order! The trick is to pause after each menu item so the AI can receive the order and ask any follow up questions.Thanks again!
Food was not great! Green beans were rough and the chicken legs were small and old. Mashed potatoes were watery complemented with a hard biscuit.
We order from this location semi frequently and never really have any issues. We had family in town and ordered a lot of food this time. Everything was good except for the macaroni and cheese. Not sure if it was old or maybe burnt but it was more brown than orange. We couldn't go back so we just threw it all away.
Wanted to try to fish and chips one of my favorites, the food was gross! The fish was not done and the chips AKA wedges were old same withthe biscuit. Was told to bring it back with the receipt I told her I'm not going to hold on to this food until I make time to come back over that way I don't live in the area she told me there's nothing she could do. Wow ok?? not to mention $8 I lost in the process I'm a senior I don't have any money to give away
Food was good. Got 2 meals with each having a thigh and leg, side and biscuit for $12. We both had Cole slaw for our sides. Cole slaw was really good.
Didn't have the coleslaw in the bag that I ordered. It was a good thing we checked before we left the drive through window. The food was OK but it was better in the past
One of the best Lee's around. Would be 5 stars but the fries never seem to be fresh, always kind of limp and soft.
