The person running the self checkout lanes at the Brandt Pike location today between 6 & 7:00 PM was extremely rude to my wife. She asked for assistance with valid coupons which would not scan and not only would he not help but from his first response when asked to help he was extremely rude in his reply. My wife is a kind, patient and very understanding person. The way she was treated today was not only unbelievable to me but unacceptable.

WHY does the Heritage Farms chicken TASTE LIKE FISH??? It used to be my favorite chicken. I still have 2 whole fryers in my freezer and 1 I just made tonight and the FISH TASTE is appalling!! WTF Kroger???

Pharmacy dept is HORRIBLE. My husband doesn't have his heart med because when he called in his refill two days ago, no one in this time frame had the courtesy to tell him that it was out of stock, only that when he went to pick it up he was SOL and has no medication. now he has to wait another day without medication, to call his doctor's office and have another one called in to your pharmacy? Not to your pharmacy we won't. We don't trust you anymore.
I very rarely post negative reviews on Facebook without doing everything in my power to try to fix the situation first. Calls to the manager at this store have accomplished nothing
coupons and Kroger brand is the best around
We have patronized our Kroger for YEARS. Today, in the midst of their most recent remodel, our experience was awful. Shelves were unstocked and new locations of items were a well guarded secret! To end the trip, the teller was rude and there was no one bagging. My husband wants to switch stores
