it is pretty bad when a customer got to bag their own stuff, when are not going through the self checkout lane..I ask were the bagger's are they said they don't have enough help..So ask were the manager is they said up in Their office..I said to them the manager should down here help bagging they just laughed..
We've been waiting over an hour for our pickup order and it'll probably be another 30mins before we see anything. Terrible service

Pulled right up to a spot, checked in and waited 45 minutes for a pickup order, the spot next to me had 3 cars pull in and get their items. When I called (after being transferred multiple times) I was told they would have to pull my order and be out soon, very nonchalant about it.

Came to get my daughter a little Birthday Cupcake and they told me the bakery was closed. So I asked if they could grab me a already packaged cupcake out of the showcase, they said no the bakery is closed. Talked to customer service they did nothing. Thanks for nothing. You guys suck. Not the first time you guys have gave crappy customer service. I would like to thank Meijer Bakery for helping me out. Kroger is a joke.
