I reallllllllllllly hate coming to this Kroger anymore. Worst customer service!east dorothy lane
This Kroger has totally gone down hill. Other Kroger’s in the area are well kept, stocked to the best of their ability, cleaner and the employees are much happier. There are items continuously missing (2-4 weeks at a time) yet the other Kroger’s is just fine. I used to enjoy this Kroger. No one ever works the lines either. Bleh.

Love the lady at the Starbucks, she may have made a different drink then what I ordered but OMG it was amazing!!! I’ll be back to get it!
I presented a roll of quarters as my payment for a small order and was told they couldn't accept it. I was instructed to use the Coinstar machine instead and get a voucher. The machine takes a percentage, thereby taking away my money for allowing me to use money.
I've done click list for a while. its convenient. however the last few times they've done a crappy job, not getting any items, even though I hit substitute, damaged items, they forgot a whole crate with my stuff. I've had to go back , or park and go in and get my own stuff. ... the manager seems to just pass it off. "I'll talk to them". but nothing changes.
I love all the folks at my favorite Kroger.! Thanx for offering me a mask after someone complained my son and I were busy breathing unencumbered. We appreciate it.
Kroger pharmacy management is forcing people with every single symptom of COVID-19 to continue working. Touching all your medications, coughing on them, with a fever. No cleaning is done whatsoever during or between shifts. Store management refuses to take any responsibility and encourages sick workers to "just push through it" and continue working. Do not shop here unless you want to catch covid and die. This is not the only Kroger that is doing this either.
Love my Kroger. All of the staff are kind, friendly & helpful. Kroger points for gas are great.!
Cashier was rude. Got home and had nasty mold on my food items. . Disgusting
