As a Doordash driver, this store is the worst. They never even begin working on the order until you show up to the counter saying your there for Jon Doe's order. Only fastfood place who does that. If delivery drivers are such an inconvenience to y'all, then try putting the doordash orders together as soon as you get them ? Hard to wrap your little $10 an hour brains around, I know, but try it sometime. Some real intelligent managers at KFC ON Valley street. Hell, what should I expect for this part of town. Idiots.
Today I just came here for a delivery and pick up but I still had a great experience great customer service!!
They don't answer thier phone can't do business with them if they can't answer will find another fastfood place that will.
Great food very fresh food and hot the soda amazing everything fresh
I had an online order of 16p, 1 frie was supposed to be free with the order. They refuse to give me the fries because it did not show on their screen.
They forgot a whole side but the food was good

The service is excellent but the fries were pretty hard to eat. Way to cold and had a odd flavor to them, unlike the last fries I got there which were excellent.
Stopped at the drive thru for lunch today. The person working was very sweet, and I waited just a couple minutes for my food. Suddenly, when the window whipped open again, the tallest man I have ever seen filled the opening and bellowed, “Who is ready to play Catch Your Own Lunch today??” And mimed swirling a bag of food around and slingshotting it into my car window. Before I was able to inform him of the nonexistence of my athletic abilities, he politely said, “just kidding,” and gracefully handed over my chicken. 10 out of 10 experience for dinner and a show. Five stars. Cured my depression. Will be returning soon. Give this guy a raise please.
This is the second time in the last 3 months that I've gone to this KFC. The last time, I was informed that they lo longer carried wedges, so I ordered fries instead. I never got them, but I didn't have time to run back up there that night so I didn't bother with it.I ordered another bucket meal this time and was suggested the fries again and again got home and didn't have the fries. I had also asked for butter and honey, but I wasn't very surprised to see they didn't add those either.My chicken, which was supposed to be all extra crispy was also mixed with original and was all very obviously past its shelf life (I can tell from having worked there in the past what the quality should be). I don't eat chicken and the people who do were still willing to eat it, so I didn't bring that back when I went to get the missing fries.When I got there, I was greeted with "I can't take any orders, my machine's down" over the drive thru speaker before I told him I was there for a missing side..
