Went through the drive thru on my way to work on 4/22/22 @ approximately 10:15pm. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich, a lg side of green beans and a lg side of mashed potatoes. The green beans were lukewarm, potatoes hard like they had been sitting most of the day and I DIDNT EVEN GET MY CHICKEN SANDWICH ??. Got to work and attempted to call them several times, and they NEVER answered their phone. Will be sending Corp an email within the hour??
ate in dinning room it was very clean and the employees were very nice food was great and fresh
The food was okay, the Sierra Mist was pure soda water, the app sucks but the lady Lisa was helpful and told me what to do about the other being messed up on the app.
This is the gold standard of KFC. If you want the KFC you see in the advertisements this is your spot. The staff are great, the food superb, and the inside clean. What more can you want?
Management is trash completely unprofessional all the way around they make more mistakes that the teen working there taking the orders they didn't give me my chicken with my 40 dollar meal but instead gave me biskets in a big box got a additute when i told them then asked them to remake my kids food completely and they of course didnt the just put the chicken in the bag then the manager pretty much through the bag of food at me in the window she didn't have the curtsy to ask if i needed anything else she did offer me a free side for the extra trip but never gave me one or even gave me a chance to choose one im just furious.
Lydia went out of their way to be friendly and offer me help as I was going out the door. I'm disabled and people usually look away if I need help, so I appreciated feeling seen.
Vegetarian: I liked the beyond nuggets. I'd seen some reviews saying they weren't great but they actually weren't bad. The texture of the protein is definitely different. More like a well pressed tofu than a faux chicken but with the KFC breading and KFC sauce I was surprised him much I enjoyed them The fries are actually good too. I didn't know they even had fries, but since I don't eat meat, I've also never had a reason to go there until now. The sweet lightning mountain dew is also good, coming from a dew hater.
My food was good but when she told me my total I thought i bought stock. However, they always seem to be fully staffed and efficient.
Night shif worker on drive through not only very slow...but also very abusive unprofessional!I literally stayed on line for over 25 minutes.And I complain how slow they were...the lady told me I should not go there then showed me middle fingers In front of my two young children!Wooow...who is the business owner?Save your self time and dignity don't go there!
Nice and hot food but you got to remind them to put hot sauce and napkins in the bag ?
