Waited over 25 minutes for our food. They literally told me they had 1 breast left. Ordered Bucket for One and the food was AWEFUL..told girl no fries..GOT FRIES. Wanted Nashville hot and couldn't get it. ASKED FOR HOT PACKETS..didn't put them in bag so girl had to bring some out. Get home and daym Mt Dew has a curly black hair in it!!!! I'm livid!!
Very disappointed got 4 meals $30 I ordered mac n cheese for the kids and they got fries the strips was hard to hard to eat not to mention the staff was very rude I'll have to travel farther next time I want kfc if there is a next time and we eat out literally 5 days a week sad
The chicken is always fresh and nice &crispy. Not rubbery.the mash potatoes and gravy is not cold.just the way I like it
Workers from the time we drove up were so hospitaliable and polite ,great job to the young man and lady that was there on 12/23/21 around 4:30 p.m.. Food was fresh. If all the employees at other stores and restaurants were like them,they would get a lot of business
Terrible service. Rude staff. Food has been nasty for years. I've tried to give this place a chance a few times because I like kfc & its somewhat near my house but I've been disappointed everytime. I've even gone so far as contacting management twice but to no avail...they don't care. A poorly managed place with sub par food. Don't eat at the kfc on north main street!
Store opens at 10:30 got there 10:40, j went through the drive through, she said she’s not opened until 11:00, I was like I can wait 20 mins, then by 11am she said she is not opening until past 11 that she needs to go to the bank and she said I should go order online.I was getting frustrated then I was about to leave and she started answering other people!!I was dumbfounded to say the least, I didn’t even know what to say, I was exhausted from night shift and doc appointment, I had to join the queue to make my order.I was disappointed, I was looking for phone number to call to make a report but couldn’t get any and I don’t even know her name
Good chicken but I forgot to ask for the hot sauce and honey which is required to be requested to prevent waste ?
I go here for lunch often. Hit or miss on things being fast but food is always hot and always freshly cooked.
Didn't have original chicken ?and I got honey BBQ wings and they gave me all the same pieces..
Many KFC's that I have been to were not very good (food wise). This one was excellent. It had the taste that I come there for.
