Nobody wants chicken wings smaller than their pinky ? idk what happened to this place but I was very disappointed in my meal today

I called in to give my order waited my 15 minutes pulled around and was told that I had no order. Won't return.
Open to the public, and very busy right now. Restrooms available, but marked as out of order for some reason?? Seating available. Good southern cuisine, just be ready to accept order changes, a few things on the menu are out of stock or unavailable at this location. May take half an hour for food, whether you use doordash or not. All in all a great place to eat, if you have the time.
They are awesome they have your choices of different fish. I was pleasantly surprised at how big their fish are. They are my go to place this is whenever fish is desired.

The wait time was ridiculous ? When you're going through drive thru, you have to call the number posted to order. I called and was placed on hold for 13 minutes. I could hear everything that was being said and after waiting, she hung up on me. I'm assuming they're short staffed. Please hire some more people to work because not all people can multi task.
I have tried to give this place a few chances first time I came here two years ago the food was good second time I got sick so I didn't come for another 2 years now I decided to give it another chance my onion rings was burned the catfish was hard then I went back for a second order of the onion rings because they were burnt and they were burnt to this place is ridiculous I don't know how they even in business
