Horrible, laid my sandwich on the cabinet not even in a bag. Didn't tell me my food was ready. They make u pay first. So I waited and waited while two other people behind me got their food. I walked up and asked the cashier where is my sandwich? He pointed and said over there. I said well why didn't you tell me it was ready. He just stared at me without saying anything. So i walked to go get my own sandwich. And then I said can u put my food in a bag. He said get your bag your self, while pointing at the bags. Very prejudice vibes for me. The other people stuff they bagged were white. I do not plan on ever going back. On the way out the store my son said where are the napkins, the cashier and the other worker just stared at him, without telling us where the napkins were. This just happened today about 15min ago. Very disappointed in this miamisburg store and their staff.

Their delivery system is terrible. This particular location is rude and unhelpful. Especially the phone people. Im sure its because they feel big talkin down over the phone instead of face to face but bottom line worst jimmy johns location in the state
Not worth your money. You could easily make these subs at home for half the cost.
The last 2 times getting Jimmy John’s they messed up my order by not giving me extra bacon I paid for and not put in bacon on part of my sandwich or my mayonnaise
Super freaky fast. Super freaky forgetful. Almost every time I order from here they forget something I paid for. I called and told them they forgot my kickin ranch. He said they could give me a credit. I told him I didn't want my sub without my ranch. He then said he could deliver my ranch. Not wanting to wait for another 30 minutes I asked for a refund. He said ok but they would be there to pick up my sub. I left it outside. Do yourselves a favor and PASS on this place. Maybe after they lose enough customers they will take a little more care with their orders.
Price is high, can fix it a bit, lettuces are not fresh. I'm coming for their bread.

Sandwiches were incorrect, barely had anything on them. Called management & was given nothing but arguments and a terrible attitude, no apology offered or anything of the sort. I'll be enjoying Jersey Mike's from now on, their sandwiches are better anyway.
Worst sandwich I ever had there. Asked for mayo, none. It tasted strange, so I only ate 1 bite and pitched it.
