Went for dinner hoping for hot pancakes.. The hostess was very nice and polite. Server popped up around the booth about 5 minutes later and took our order. The other couple that came in when we did ordered and had their food and had it half eaten before we got ours. Once we received our meal the server plopped it down and walked away. Silverware would have been a bonus. Husband had a burger so he was able to eat his. However I got a breakfast, it was cold so maybe they thought it was finger food, not to mention there was no syrups. So I left an entire meal not touched. I would suggest to the owner head to Lowes and get your plywood before the price goes up and board it up. You can hear them having a good time in back. We could have easily walked out without paying for the hamburger my husband ate.

This place has really stepped its game up. My husband and I have been coming in frequently for well over a year.. In the beginning we left a few times because of a few things. Now the food is by far the best we've ever had. Our server Autumn is one of the best servers we've had, she blew our minds when she knew our order and she had only served us once before. He and I are both servers so we have high standards when it comes to service and we were so impressed with her both times.& as far as the food goes.. wow.. today was the best yet and it's always so amazing.Thank you IHOP, my all time favorite breakfast place.

We went to IHOP for the very first time today. Our server took our order. Steak omelet, country fried steak and eggs, 2 teas (half sweet/half unsweetened) and the appetizer sampler with ranch and honey mustard dipping sauces. About 7 minutes later he came back and said they lost our order and said they would give us our drinks for free and a discount. We waited and waited, (neither of us had eaten all day and it was 3 pm) they finally brought our food but no appetizer sampler. My husbands country fried steak was dry and hard to cut with the steak knife. When we checked out... no discount. We had asked for half sweet and half unsweetened tea... got all unsweetened. It'll be a long while before we ever return there.

I was missing my mom again, because it's March 31 her birthday so I and went out and did the only cathartic thing I could think of at the moment...I ate. I needed to let my mother rest in peace knowing that I still miss her but I am taking care of things down here so she doesn't have to worry about me.

Pretty bad. Pretty, pretty bad. Probably just don't waste your time at this location.Booths were open when we arrived, yet we had a wait to be seated.Tables were left filthy all around us once we were seated and they remained that way the whole time we were there.Waitress wasn't friendly and walked off before we could ask for anything else we needed.We had to use plastic silverware for some reason.It took way too long to get our drinks after being seated.My wife ordered strawberry banana french toast but once it was served she was told they were out of bananas and she didn't have a choice at that point apparently, even though she only ordered the french toast for the bananas.The bill seemed way too high for what we got, just basic breakfast for 3 people was just over $50.Terrible experience all around.I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

Wish I could give this a zero star review. I placed an online order and was supposed to get it at 2:24pm, I tried to do curbside pick up but no one answered the phone, so went inside. Waited for a few minutes inside before I was greeted by Millie (the only pleasant experience I had, if you happen to end up at this location ask specifically for her). But anyways so my food was supposed to be ready at 2:24pm. I didn't get it until 2:40pm. We get home (3 minutes away) and our food was COLD. Like cold cold, and completely overcooked. Stay away from this location, and Millie if you see this, there are plenty of other restaurants hiring wait staff, go be appreciated there. I ordered the new turkey dinner, pictured below, my husband had an everything sampler and my son had the Mexican burrito. Food was horrible, and don't try to call to get a refund because they don't answer. Absolutely awful experience, location needs new management and cooks.

Waited for almost an hour because they didn't have servers. Once seated we waited another 15 min and no one came to our table, the bad part is there were servers available, but they were on their phones or relaxing. Seemed to be no management?

Enjoyed a great Sunday Brunch w/ my son and grandsons. Food was delicious and plentiful. Our 'server' was Carlos who was actually the GM of the restaurant. He jumped in to help as 2 of his waitstaff were out with family emergencies. The staff was friendly and kept us informed of when we would be seated and when our food would be coming. Carlos took a few minutes to chat with us and we felt like welcomed guests at his home. All restaurants are dealing with similar issues of staffing so keeping a smiles on staff faces and keeping them on customer's faces at the same time can be challenging, but we all left with smiles and having enjoyed a great time and breakfast. The restaurant was almost empty on a Saturday night, which should have been our first clue. I know there is a labor shortage, but there were only three other tables in the restaurant that had people at them and there were several servers. The man who waited on us was nice, but his apron was absolutely filthy. Everyone working there looked massively depressed. He didn't write down my order and it came out wrong. I didn't even say anything about it because at that point I just wanted out of the restaurant. My fries were under cooked. My husband's onion rings were overcooked. Honestly, I would not go back to this particular IHOP. After looking at other reviews, we almost walked out of the restaurant. The people next to us did walk out. After looking at how filthy under the table was, it pretty much killed our appetite anyway. Unfortunately, do not recommend.

their ceiling is dripping in multiple spots with no wet floor sign . . this is a place that elderly people and children frequent . horrible service & my bfs food was wrong so not only did it take forever it was also made incorrectly . they didn’t do much at all to fix any of our concerns lol
