Part of the experience at these types of build it your way food is getting the food your way. If I want it heavy on the beans or on the cheese I should get it that way. Every time it comes to the meat they play a little game with the tongs like they are adding an adequate amount when in fact it is a very small amount. It wasn't always the case as I have been a customer for years. Down the street at Chipotle they oblige you without the tong game.
Always has a nice quality of dishes covering the cost of food spent in the stomach too time being full.
If I could give this place no star I would but food looks like sloppy and nasty old baby food drinks nasty taste like sweet tea mixed with pop never going back to this nasty place
Food was warm and fresh. However, place was pretty cold. They need the alcohol to warm the customers up.
The food was good, but the only thing I didn't like was 0aying $3 for extra meat and barely getting any pulled pork.
Never pick up any order from this store, 1st they not even going to help you. Second of all the ladies will treat you like so bad. One lady with glasses treat me so bad she said do not touch my glass and i said ok and i smile she said get out from my store.
Went there today lady with crooked eyes and lot of rings on her fingers not even say Hi, dead eyes what you want? Like i made a mistake to step in that store, Missed my drinks, I ask for drink nicely she called other one, and other one said with glasses black hair I am not your servent. Stay away from that store You never know they will attack you, sadly there is no number to talk with thier bad behavior.
Food was decent, location wasn't very busy. Issue that reduces stars is that the manager training a new employee wasn't willing to help her at the register.
Poor customer service the employees ACT as if WE bothered THEM when we came in no greeting when we walked in no suggestions u upgrade no nothing JUST a dead look on THERE faces NOT ONE employee it was all 3 of THEM looking pathetic WELL I KNOW WHERE IM NOT GOING or supporting I JUST CAN'T TAKE IT booboo THUMBS DOWN...........
Honestly come to this place at least one time a week. Staff is super fun and sweet and the food and drinks are super affordable for their quality. Totally recommend mixing the different flavors of margaritas and always adding queso to your bowl!!
