Great service and delicious food

If I could 0 stars I would we got there at 9:50 it wasn’t to busy maybe half the restaurant was full. With that being said there were also 5 servers. We wait at least 10 mins to be acknowledged by our server ordered of food we waited till 10:25 to finally just pay for our drinks and leave never got out food never seen server again Mind you when we left there was maybe 5 table with people at this point! We also watched as maybe 15 Togo orders were placed and sent out while we were waiting for our food to dine in! Worst experience I haven’t been in 8 years and last night made me not ever want to return!
I would leave zero or negative stars if possible. Wait staff was great. Wonderful personality and attentive. Management and kitchen staff need to be completely replaced. Rap music playing from kitchen so load couldn't understand server talking. No tea because no one knows how to make it. Issues with soda machine. Had to send my wings back and have them tosses more. Only had enough sauce for one wing. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive an hour to get a better environment.I used to come here every Friday. Now it' not even worth a look as I drive by. Gone down hill . Can't blame covid or anything like that. This has been going on for years.

Loved the food and our waitress was very nice and attentive.
The beer was not too expensive. The boneless wings were okay at best. We had to get a server to come by our table since they did not do it voluntarily. After they came by the first time the service was quite good. If you want good boneless wings go elsewhere.
Horrible service. None of them know how to give a smile, kinda rude personality, Late on bringing food. And they definitely don't look like what you'd expect for a hooters. I've seen better at Mcdonald. Been once and can't see myself returning. Took 20 minutes for one drink
Sat at the bar and ordered a beer . Was asked if I was going to eat and I said yes. I know the lady was busy but she never once stopped and asked me if I was ready to order. Was talking to her friend at the end of the bar a lot though. Did take the order of the guy who came after me though. After finishing my beer she finally stopped to ask me. Made the excuse my friend wasn’t coming, paid and left. I usually order takeout once a week but won’t any longer. Done eating there altogether now. Sad was one of my favorite places
Waitress was good. Place is filthy.
