Jay working the register was not happy to see us. The front door says 24hrs and they refuse to serve you at night. Half the time I come in they are out of chicken. For being a new truck stop Hardee’s needs to get on board. Used to be my favorite place to stop while working. Hardee’s could be a money maker if they get on top of there game.
They're really good - when they're open.Staffing issues is a regular problem at this location. For a location that's supposed to be 24 hours, that is certainly not the case.In other words - don't bank on them being open. Have other choices before you go there and get disappointed.
Ordered a burger no pickles no ketchup. And what did it have on it.. loaded. So much ketchup I couldn't even wipe it off. My onion rings was so old they had hard spots in them and the fry's was cold and put in the bag upsidedown! We where traveling or I'd of turned around and complained. What a long drive on an empty stomach! I was literally sick by the time I arrived home!!
For a fast food restaurant, this place blows all the other fast food restaurants out of the water! The food is always hot and the service is always great! Everyone is very personable and nice. Definitely the place to eat. Thank you and keep up the great work, with the shortage of employees out there. 10 Stars!
Ordered 2 Frisco burgers and ham sandwich. Told no ham and no tomato. Ask if we could just add another Frisco meal since didn't have what we wanted. He said only 2 meals on 1 coupon. Fine so got cheese burger meal. Got our meals and meat tasted like 3 days old. Frisco burgers as you see. Dipped them in butter and served them. So in the end got fresh burgers but if it was done right the first time wouldn't of had this issue.
From my vantage point, the store was unclean, but it was obvious they had been pretty busy that day. I imagine that as the reason why the staff were robotic and impersonal. The burger was tasty, though, per usual.
This was the only place that was open at like 2am. The food was surprisingly good for it to be so late. I had a number three and my friend had a mushroom and swiss. The drive thru was down, so we had to order inside. Overall, a good experience this time.
There is a worker here Named Timmy W. He was so helpful and patient with us. My kids were screaming and making messes and one was crying and one had to pee. He actually tried to entertain them while I was wrangling all our food and my rowdy crew. If other people put his level of effort into their job, the world would be a better place. Thanks Tim!
Jarrel did a great job attending to customers today....very friendly and prompt.
Vegetarian: No idea why Carl's Jr still has a beyond burger but Hardee's got rid of it.Last time I was here my co-pilot wanted biscuits and gravy so I figured I'd just get an egg and cheese biscuit. They were out of biscuits. They were also out of gravy.Loves needs to put in more Naf Naf locations. Grabbed a falafel over in Greenup, IL today and it was delicious. Unfortunately I'm driving by this location far more often. Just to disappointment myself I like to walk in and stare at the menu.
