Used to order all the time, ordered tonight everything was wrong, the wraps were falling apart, no chop sticks, no napkins, no soy sauce. 0/10 would not recommend. Seriously how hard is it.P.s. I’m only making a review because this is about the 5th time this has happened.

This place is Amazing! Fresh and fast food. I wish we had one of these in Oregon. It would be my stable. Hopefully they eventually franchise to other areas. I had the spicy tuna, the Thai Crunch Salad and a lavender lemonade. Everything was spot on!!

My family and I love this place. We just rented from 3 years in Okinawa, Japan and were in the mood for some Asian food. This place hit the spot. Lots of good, healthy, tasty options!

Centerville location going downhill... fast.Extremely disappointed and grossed out with service the past few times I've been to this location. The first couple of times I thought, "Maybe they just have some new hires, it's really not that big of a deal." However, now I am convinced it must be a management problem, as the service has consistently been declining, and is now not acceptable at all. I ordered an online order of a roll, and it came like this (see picture below). There was even a hair pressed into the rice. I will not be eating from this location ever again. The Fairfield and Brown St. locations are much, much better and actually worth the 10 bucks for a roll. I suggest you save your money at the Centerville location and take the few extra minutes to go to a different location in the area. Or just skip this chain entirely and go to Kroger for their sushi. Really unfortunate as this used to be my favorite location.

I walked in & was the only customer in the store & was not spoken to, I had to say hello to be acknowledged. I stood waiting for someone to take my order for at least 3 minutes (it would have been longer had another 2 customers not walked in) there were 3 employees slowly walking around adding rice to the line & doing whatever (I have no idea what they were doing, but they were in no rush to help me at all) The guy who was making my sushi seemed like he had an attitude & just didn’t seem like he wanted to be there at all. (I get it, but if you work in customer service…you have to at least try)He was not wearing a mask (no one there was) & while making my roll, cleared his throat & then had a little cough come out right over my sushi roll & just continued to make it like nothing happened. He didn’t even try to cover it or turn his head…my 3 year old knows that if you cough, you cover your mouth….come on now. & if it just snuck out, I understand….but you know you did that right on my food, so remake it?? I am less than satisfied & will definitely not be returning to this location. Seems like employees may need to be retrained on customer service & how to cover their mouths (or yet…maybe wear a mask?)

Went to go pick up a few rolls, but was greeted by a mask required sign. Go pound sand you chumps! Probably got better rolls next door at Whole Foods anyways.

To go order. They forgot to give us ginger and wasabi. The sushi was very loosely wrapped and fell apart. Sticky mango rice was bland.

Their sushi is amazing! I had a great experience.

I love their poke bowls. Great potions and options offered.

Employees are always so kind. The lady named Emma I see most often is ALWAYS extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely trained well and a hard worker. With the amount I notice she works, she definitely deserves a raise sometime soon. Side note, her red hair color is amazing ??
