Words place ever.no mngrs to help servers.when people started to complain 2 people came out of the back to see what was going on.i assumed they were mngrs cause they were talking to one of the servers that was slammed on her side.people were waiting at the door for over 15 min to be seated. People at the register were waiting to pay.after 15 min or more bout 20 people walked out..I called corporate and got a call from a daytime mngr and was rude as hell on phone. More or less calling me aiar bout the 2 people that came to the front when someone kept asking for help. I assumed they were mngrs but daytime mng said no.then Sunday morning my family wanted to eat buffet so they said frisches.foid was the worst.hard biscuits soft bacon sausage was like hockey pucks grits wS nothing but a clump potatoes were not cooked all the way thru. For 13$ you would think that food would taste better.never again will any of us or my riding friends go there. I've contacted alot of them to tell of my experience. Would be nice to hear from corporate to tell them but that won't happen.

I live out of state. So when ever I come in I have to stop and get a Big Boy hamburger as they are not in the state I live. Been 4 years since my last one and was great, so enjoyed the good service. And a good hamburger that brings up good memories. Definitely a comfort food for me
Abby S was an amazing server and despite her being so busy she was kind, very attentive and didn't complain at all. The food was yummy and hot and having a pleasant server made the meal more enjoyable. Thanks again Abby!!
When I arrived around 9a Saturday morning the breakfast buffet was missing 3/4 of the food. I was seated promptly within 5 minutes of arriving, although the waitress was not pleasant and didn't seem to want to be at work. The buffet was slowly stocked within the next 30 minutes, during which time I was told the coffee I ordered when seated was still brewing. I was told the same thing 4 times during that 30 minutes. Finally, after receiving my coffee and plating some fresh food from the breakfast buffet, the food was delicious and the coffee hit the spot. Thank you Frisch's for continuing to provide the constant big boy flavors over the years. I only wish the employee at this location enjoyed working their jobs and positively serving your patrons who visit your establishments.
I had the fish sandwich platter with fries and Cole slaw and it was great. A lot of food and a great price under $10.00. Seating and service was fast and waitress was friendly and efficient. Salad bar was stocked/full and fresh, soup was hot. The outside parking lot and interior was neat and clean. Low noise level inside. Everyone, to include the customers, were friendly and happy. I will go back and try their Friday seafood special. Check them out!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would rate this zero stars. Gave me watered down soft drink then tried to give me a larger watered down drink in exchange. Worst service ever and these places are supposed to be all about the guest experience since the food is higher priced than say a McDonald’s. Tried giving it another chance AND CLEARLY FORGOT WHY I SHOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!
They were struggling tonight. Overcooked fish with old fries, no silverware, tartar sauce forgotten, no drink refills, something black on wet toast... I think they need to filter their oil because the oil dripping from the fish fillets was dark yellow on the plate and fries.----just take it off my bill, there's peanut butter and jelly at home ------

This place has gotten way better. The waitress was nice and did a good job. Also the food was good and hot.
