Employees are sooo rude! Rolling eyes and sighing upon entering and they had maybe 5 tables occupied so it's not like they are busy. The employee cleaning tables continued slamming dishes around, I am assuming to scare guests into leaving. The food is not being made by the recipes standard and is not the same as any other frisch's. I'm almost positive I was served two different soups in one bowl. These employees will eventually run this place into the ground if not already. Go anywhere else.
This was the second time we went and they didn't have what we wanted. We we literally the only ones there, but yet our food tasted old and cold. Salad bar looked like it had been there for a couple days. And OMG!!!, THE BATHROOM. I'VE SEEN OUTHOUSES CLEANER. We almost left. It cost the three of us $36.49 for yuck. We left about half our food.
Update: Kelly, the general manager, called and apologized for the bad experience and said that she would be meeting with her staff about the incident. She also offered to refund our entire bill or send us a gift card. She also offered to send a gift card to my daughter. I very much appreciated her quick response.We visited on a Saturday night (got there around 8:00) and were told to seat ourselves and someone would be over with utensils and menus. It was not busy, and I would estimate that the place was about 25% occupied. At about 8:20, a waiter came over to our table and asked if we'd been helped. He then took our drink order and brought utensils and menus. When he brought our drinks, he complimented my 33 year old daughter on her hoodie, which wasn't bad until he told her he wanted her to trade her and he even went so far as to bring out his own sweatshirt to show her, and then stood there in silence for several minutes just looking at her. He also said that he could pick her up (not literally, but physically), and we were all feeling VERY uncomfortable. The food, when we finally got it, was very mediocre, and the to-go order we asked for at the beginning was misplaced until we asked the cook about it. He apologized, but it extended an already unpleasant meal. Definitely would not recommend this location.
Wing Depo….I wouldn’t recommend this food for the family dog. Long wait time (over 45 minute wait for cold fries) ordered 2 bottled waters which is $3 a bottle) I received 2 cups of fountain waters instead ? ordered 6 piece chicken with Memphis sweet and got 6 dried up tiny wing dings with sauce on the side instead of covered in sauce like the picture. Very frustrating and disappointed. They didn’t even try. Don’t waste your money.
Would give a 0 if I was able to, very unsatisfied tonight and might I add disgusted! Was in about a half hour ago to dine in. A manger who had bright red hair was yelling at an employee with a dinning room full of customers. She was speaking to her very disrespectfully. Her tone with her was just horrendous. The employee was my waitress she was a African American girl, she seemed to be a nice girl. The manger sent her home, that putting a long wait on my meal. I truly didn't even want to eat my meal at a place who talks to their employees like that. I wonder how they treat them if they talk to them so cruelly. I feel terrible for whoever the young lady was. Will not be back! Mangers need to treat their employees with respect if they want to keep them. This world is understaffed as is.
Being retired use to go alot for breakfast. Then went one morning a group of guys there and us . couldn't get seated had to pound on counter then told to sit where ever we want then couldn't get drinks but told to get breakfast bar lol there was nothing there nothing there but a bisket and one peice of bacon and no one even checking waited another 10 mins. Got up left for cracker barrel and tjis happen just before covid. Email management they didn't even bother to answer not been there since
I placed a carryout the other day over the phone and your employee Brandon picked up with a very nice greeting and was very respectful while taking my order. He read me back my order to make sure things weren't wrong and made sure that everything was fresh as he told me it would be over the phone. He was the very definition of wonderful customer service and I hope most workers can learn from his kindness.
I came in this morning and Alexis was my server. She was super good and she had everything I needed. She was very nice to me. She served my food out quickly and filled my drinks when I needed it.
This Frisch’s is a joy to visit. The place is clean, the big boy sandwich almost looks like the picture and the servers are polite. My server today was Alexis G and she was great.I used to go to the one in Englewood but it doesn’t appear to be clean and the sandwiches are always smashed.
Ordered western omelet. No ham or cheese inside eggs. No toast or no hashbrowns!!! Should train your cooks how to make a simple omelet and include all items that are paid for. No compensation since it was ordered through doordash.
