Terrible drive thru experience. Food was very cold. Sandwiches looked like someone sat on them. Complete waste of $30. Why would a mgr let food go out like that? Kettering/Wilmington Pk. location. ?
Great place to get any meal of the day!! Love how they've update the look of the place, it's very cool looking now, especially love the Kettering Wilmington Pike Frisch's!! Very friendly people there and feels like you are actually welcomed to be there and eat!! Would recommend going out of your way to go to this specific location. Just loved the look and environment and especially the people working there.
What a lack luster performance. I m disappointed with what I got paying $58.00. A simple order 2 orders of chicken tenders and fries and a chili spaghetti shouldn't take 25 minutes.Then to watch people seated after my party get food first. A salad bar that is not impressive, hint drop the hot food portion it seems that's what your focus is. I had to inquire twice about the one measly piece of garlic bread not sent with the meal . I can safely say, I will NOT be a return customer, COVID apparently let you forget what a good performance is.
This is the best place ever to work at! Love everyone this is my second family! Everyone is Amazing! Mel G is like my second mom! Julie one of the managers is like an older sister! Brandi the GM is awesome she hired me on the spot! Been a great 6 months being here! Thanks to everyone I work with!
wonderful service and waiters
I order a super big boy today for my breakfast and lunch after lunch time. So i was very hungry. The burger on the bottom of the sandwich was from an old dried out big boy sandwich. The burger on top was bigger but not fresh also. I think if I would have ordered the sandwich to eat in the store the server would have never served it. It was the worst big boy I have ever ate. But I was so hungry I had to eat it after returning to work about three miles away from the store. The sandwich cost $7.19 and it was prepared without any quality control. This Big Boy location is THE ABSOLUTE BEST location in the Dayton\Cincinnati area. If Frisch's could model all of the stores after this one, they'd kill it. Food is always fresh, wait staff on the inside are attentive and the drive thru staff always get my orders right, quickly. Can't say it enough... Best Frisch's out there.
Decent food , the waiter was very attentive. I recomend the Alaskan cod sandwich.
Frisch's has always been our "go to" restaurant for a quick local "fair priced" meal. Unfortunately, the prices have gotten to the point that it is no longer a good value for what you get. Three of us ate lunch today...all three had burgers, one had fries, two had onion rings, one had a platter that included Cole slaw. Two had sodas and one had coffee. Three people cost $41.98 not including tip. Too much for the quality of food you receive which can at times be hit or miss as far as preparation is concerned. Used to go once or twice a week...now might go once a month. Sad to see...
I had a wonderful experience at Frisch’s today. We were picking up a carry out order and had to wait a very short time but an employee gave my son a free fruit punch while we waited. Very nice
