We just got a order from the 1818 Woodman Drive OHIO delivered, everything in it was not cooked properly.. NOTHING tasted like FRICKERS at all. The curly fries were not done, the BBQ wings had hardly any SAUCE on them so they didn't taste like BBQ at all, the breaded veggies were covered with Raw dough and the mild wings ALSO HAD NO FLAVOR.. That is all we got and nothing tasted like FRICKERS FOOD.
Visited 3/17. Got sat instantly ( thank you hostess). Sat at the table for 30 min without ever getting a drink on my table. Notified the hostess around 15 minutes after getting sat and someone else( possible manager) explained to us how the server was busy and that she was going to take drink orders to help out our server?..ended up walking out after another 15 minutes of drinks being ordered as I wasted 30 min of my life on a place I once enjoyed. Will never go back to this location.
Food was horrible. Server so sweet. Manager awful. N rude. Found matted hair in granddaughters food. Manager say kids are free. They're free anyhow. Grrrr. Everything cold. This frickers needs to be turned in to health board.
Super disappointing. Pro: kitchen was open past 10 pm on a Saturday.Cons: cold-- people at the tables around us had put jackets back on, as did our table. Very loud (and felt like it was getting louder). Food was, at best, meh. Chicken wings were ok but poorly sauced. Crinkle fries were bad, and everything was cold or cool. Drinks were OK. Wait staff looked to have too many tables. Even though we had a pretty simple order, we got our food after two other tables (who had come in behind us) hit there's-- and one had a larger party.We won't be back.
My order consisted of chicken chunks, 10 wings, nachos and fried pickles. I ordered online and was given a pick up time of 7:50pm. I get there at 8:10 and they said they was running 15-20 minutes behind. I told the woman at the window that it is 20 minutes past my pick up time. I preceded to go sit back in my car. At 8:30 i called to check on order. I finally received my order at 8:36. Almost an hour past original pick up time. I get home expecting hot food. Nope, pickles was cold, my chucks was lukewarm( tasted great)nachos, was good and the wings was warmer than chunks but not hot. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in my food. I understand being understaffed but almost 2 hours for an order is crazy. I also think that having a walk up window for pick up is ludicrous. To stand in line in the cold is very poor customer service.
To go order service was good but....I ordered mushrooms, 10 hot wings and a grilled chicken salad. The salad was good but the wings and the mushrooms were the worst I've ever had in my life.. 3/4 grease and only a quarter food.....cold, soggy, disgusting.. I threw it out
While we love Frickers the one in Troy Ohio is horrible. The servers are slow and the food isn't good. The Beavercreek store is really nice with great service and great food. Don't recommend eating in Troy.
Wings are very good. Love the pasta salad.
Busy but we enjoyed friendly service. Dinner take out order took almost an hour to receive.
Enjoyed our visit every time we went. It is exactly what you might expect for a down-home sports bar. The food isn't fancy, but neither are the prices and it's always been hot and good. (Except the beer, which has always been cold and good.) The servers have always been friendly and attentive. The music is usually really loud, but you may not notice over the yelling if a big game is on. If you want a casual place to have a beer or watch a game with friends, it's a good one.
