This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve had pizza in many states on both coasts. It has no flavor and no seasonings. The sauce tastes like tomato soup poured on the pizza. There are so many other places in the area that offer much better pizza. This isn’t New York style by any means. It was a loss of $30 bucks on a poor meal. I would not recommend the pizza.I asked for a box and took the pizza to someone else. I didn’t even want it to take home.
Horrible, not authentic NY style pizza (Beavercreek). Too thick throughout, only the edge of the crust should be thick. Used to go to the one in Loveland (Cincinnati) and that was perfect. I’ll eventually get around to trying the Centerville or Dayton location to see if it’s still authentically NY style.
I have been coming to Flying Pizza off and on for most of my life. Every time I go to Dayton, I make a stop. This is the pizza, for me, that all others get compared to. I am a huge fan.
Very good , hot and fresh. My first time coming here leaving from the post office. I was Soo hungry and this was good and affordable! Will come back again for another cheap eat! I like the fact that u can sit down in here too.. service was quick...worth tipping the restaurant. ??❤️? Food approved!??
Real NY pizza and Calzones! Rob and his team are excellent. I have never been disappointed with the food or the service
Hands down this family ran business has the best pizza crust you will find anywhere. Super nice staff and you can tell by the amount of friends you meet while your there. Not very often you see a pizza place that's been in business for 50 years. Great job love the pizza. I suggest if there's 3 or more people just order a full pizza. They sell by the slice but it's worth the few extra slices.
Always good food,a real Dayton standard.
Had to try a pizza slice it was tasty.
Best New York style pizza around. Owned and operated by the nicest people too.
It's a good place to get a slice of whole pie. NY Style and the Sicilian are good.
