Great service by a friendly young man! The food was a bit pricey, but hot and great portions.Restaurant was super Clean and well organized. ? Major kudos ?Keep it up Please

Burgers were super good. Had a Salted Carmel shake and it reminded me almost of a candy. We ordered fries and got so many. Love to get it again soon.

1 star because the food was edible. We got 3 cheeseburgers and a grilled cheese for 60 (SIXTY) dollars. You've got to be kidding me. Terrible service, had to wait 10 minutes at the register because the only employee capable of using a telephone was the only one on a register. Half of my party placed their orders. Then 10 minutes later I was able to place my order. We couldn't even eat together because our food came out over 15 minutes apart. Terrible food, abhorrent prices, even worse service.

Their burgers are always good and mouth watering and the fires chef kiss, got my boyfriend hooked to them the crew are always super friendly and happy to help

My granddaughter and I eat here at least once a week because the food is always good unlike some of these other places. I cannot drive so she either has it delivered or picks it up and it's always nice and fresh when she gets back with it. Thank you

Enjoyed the BLT & Cajun fries. My Son and Daughter both had there burgers very Tasty. Thank you for an enjoyable meal

My co workers and I ordered Five guys on 12/27/21 for lunch through Uber eats. When our order came my bread was so soggy I could not even pick up my burger. I eat Five guys all the time but normally order the Beavercreek location. The breeds on both of our burgers was horrible. The burgers are usually sloppy, but this was as if they dip my bread in water. We were very disappointed especially since my order alone was $30. My co worker burger was red inside. We both just ate our fries, (they were delicious) so sad I did not get the same quality as I normally get from the Beavercreek location.

Good food, horrible management. Example... I ordered a "Bacon" cheeseburger to go. When I arrived home I discovered that I had a cheeseburger with no Bacon. Here's the kicker... I was told by the manger that I could come to the store the next day and she would give me the pieces of "Bacon" that I didn't receive on my burger... seriously

We ordered from DoorDash and got a confirmation saying that our order would be ready for pickup from 7:20-7:25. When we got there at about 7:40 they told us that they had thrown our food out because it had been there for over an hour (we ordered it around 6:30 for pickup an hour later). Now it's not their fault because it was a miscommunication between them and DoorDash... what IS their fault is that they closed the doors 20 minutes early due to "poor staffing". Nothing on their website or Google page indicated they were closing early that day, and nothing from Five Guys indicates that the company is speaking out against the nationwide/statewide policies creating the labor shortage in the first place. So being short-staffed is no excuse for them closing shop that early. I had to sneak in behind someone who was leaving to get inside and try to pick up my food, that's unacceptable. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the manager made my meal, but the meal was nothing like what I'm used to (likely because the equipment had obviously been shut down shortly before my arrival). The shake wasn't mixed properly and the fries were cold.I'll be sure to never go to this Five Guys location ever again.

Burgers were great, but the fries were sorely lacking. Very greasy and so over-fried that they were hard. Not what I've come to expect from this burger chain.
