The food was good and we had a pleasant waitress. The reason for 3 stars was because of the hostess. I arrived and asked for a table for two. Instead of being seated at a small table, we were sat at a booth for 6-8 people. I was having a brunch meeting with my companion so we had a laptop, phones and notebooks. We both ordered drinks and food. I even ordered togo food. I noticed the hostess looking at our table but no one said anything so we continued talking and eating. When we were wrapping everything up and getting ready to leave, the hostess very loudly apologized to a group of men for their wait and loudly said, as she was walking past our table, " people have just been sitting here all day and aren't getting up". No one ever asked us to get up, we were paying guest who had ordered food and drinks and tipped for our extended time at the table. Passive aggressive behavior in a hospitality industry cost loss of business. I will not be coming back and will make sure my friends and family know not to come either. We don't all swallow our plates whole & would hate to take up too much space.
I love the healthy options on this menu! They make fresh juice concoctions every day and they are full of all the good stuff. Plenty of vegetarian options as well. This was my second time coming and the first time I had the biscuits and gravy which were top notch. This next time I had a skillet hash with veggies and it was amazing!! The kids loved it too. They serve a strawberry jam with the toast and it tastes and feels like it's homemade. If you order French toast or anything of that sort the syrup comes warmed. The coffee had amazing flavor as well as the Morning Glory cocktail. I love it here and there's no doubt we will be back to try more good stuff.
The service was amazing and made sure I had a great birthday breakfast. The food was hot and freshly made with an amazing taste. The presentation and staff were perfect and had everything looking delicious along with good suggestions. It was my first time here and I'm definitely going there more often. The prices were cheap especially for the fresh and amazing food with great portions.
My daughter & I went here for brunch. It was hands down the best brunch I've ever consumed in my life!
i love the am super food bowl. Good vegetarian items, the drinks are yummy too. I love the kale tonics.
I've only eaten before noon, if not most of the time. I've never experienced issues with service or the food as it's all been spectacular. I do recall one time it was busy and our waitress was not often seen or forgot some items. I do say that the potatoes are under seasoned and could use a smidge more. Otherwise, this is my go to dining spot for breakfast!
So delicious ? highly recommend
Over the years we've ended up at this one..and it's just not a good representation of the First Watch experience. We JUST dined at the Fairborn location which had less staff, but were so kind and attending. Almost the same wait, but the staff and the food made it 100% worth it.It's incredibly difficult to understand "these are hard times", and show grace...when you have plenty of staff socializing, drinking, and eating within view..while the kitchen yells out to pick up orders.Had to ask for: water, silverware, creamer. Food came out completely cold and potatoes not cooked fully.Waitress showed ZERO interest in her table and job, or the issues voiced. We were at the community table, and all had the same experience and concerns. Fairly certain we were the only ones "taken care of" by the manager, and that made me incredibly uncomfortable at the table. We will not be back to this location.I have to voice on behalf of the door dash people too...Maybe create a distinct location & response for them, and not "just go outside, we'll get to you when it's ready".
Awesome breakfast this morning. Delicious. Fast and friendly service.
